Eenvoudig hotel op loopafstand (10 minuten) van de prachtige binnenstad. Kamer is klein, badkamer heel klein en douchecabine heel krap. Maar goed genoeg voor een nachtje.
Bed was niet heel comfortabel, en veel omgevingsgeluid (airco).

Das Hotel bietet genau das, was wir erwartet haben. Einfaches Stadthotel mit sehr netten Personal, sauber und gutes, preiswertes Frühstück
Der angefragte Parkplatz war auch reserviert und man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.
Perfekt für eine Zwischenübernachtung.
Es gab nichts zu bemängeln…

The bedroom is really small, but it was okay. Nice shower. Not really close to attractions, but everything is on a walkable distance.

The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly.
Location. Even though the hotel was not far from the centre, it's hard to navigate around Rouen (road works made it even worse). The room wasn't very big, especially as we had dogs with us.

The staff are very attentive & friendly.
Just about everything. The location is extremely difficult to locate because of the road works & one way in place right now. The rooms are tiny. One plug socket only. It feels dirty. The parking is limited. The breakfast is basic to say the least. It feels very tired.

Location for access to Centre.
Parking was tight space wise depending on availability. Unfortunately the were local roadworks which caused problems.

The payment was not taken from booking.com. we paid at the checkin time and the price in £ was higher than the price given from the website.

the female staff is obviously having a flu coughing continuously. but she was not wearing a face mask and she was coughing while serving food for the breakfast

Excellent breakfast and surprisingly quiet. Close enough to city centre to explore. Clean. Lift to upper floors. Stored my bike in conference room and allowed me to leave it and my luggage there whilst I explored the city the following morning.

Hotel easy to reach from the motorway when you arrive from the direction of Calais. Also within a short walk of the most interesting parts of Medieval Rouen. The hotel is basic but with everything you need for a short stay.

The location was near the center of town, within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was good but the coffee machine was terrible.
The bathrooms are EXTREAMLY small. I barely fit in the shower and I am not a huge person, I am 6 foot tall and normal build. ONLY ONE plug in the room to plug in your phone and NONE in the bathroom for the hairdryer.

The staff was very friendly and all were speaking English very good. When you make a reservation for your car you can park it in front of the hotel. We good also park our racing bikes inside the hotel.
It was very warm in the hotel and it felt like there was no ventilation. When we opened the window the surroundings noise was very loud. It sounded like the AC or ventilation of surrounding bouldings .. almost too loud to sleep with the window open.

Good location 15 minutes walk from the centre of Rouen, a most attractive city
The bulbs in the bedside lamps were broken and we found out too late to get them fixed
