Amazing family run place, it is super clean and very pleasant, it is very close to the bus station and in a convenient location to get to the Chepe Express train station. I never felt like a guest but rather part of the family, I even got invited to join the Alvarez family for Christmas Eve dinner by Cielo and it was an amazing evening! Overall an amazing stay!

There was basically nothing I liked about this place. See below.

There was no breakfast and I wasn't even offered coffee. The room was dark and smelled moldy. The neighborhood was awful, with many, many aggressive stray dogs and poor surroundings. The photos of this place were not at all representative. The hosts were nice enough, but unfortunately I don't speak Spanish well and they spoke no English at all.

good location. quiet and comfortable. nice clean room. they also have a food stand that does wonderful ceviche dishes right out side the property

up 2 flights of stairs- but the older gentleman helped with some luggage which was nice. also someone started working on the property about 6 on the morning

room is nice size, very charming and comfortable. love the staff here . they truly make you feel like your at home

Staff is just amazing and strongly reximmend the food! Also very clea,and well located.

All was fine

The Owner and staff were super friendly and the room was equipped with everything from fridge to stove. they arranged a taxi for me at 6 in the morning which turned up right on time. the shower was great their was a power socket right by the bed for charging a phone and plenty of extra blankets if needed. A block away is a 7/11 and taco stands as well as a Pharmacy and other shops.

There was a little noise in the early evening but it didn't last long and I do not think it was regular

Owner&staff were very helpful to organize my el Chepe viaje el día siguiente. I arrived very late from the Topolobambo ferry because the trip from LA Paz took 3 hours more than usually and they were available to receive me at 1h40 in the night and giving some infos for the train. Good hot shower with water pressure. Mattress a bit hard but ok. Price is very fair.

Lighting could be improved and no way to turn off the lights from your bed. But overall, it is very recommendable.

Room was exactly as shown. Comfortable bed and hot showers. Kitchen was slightly equipped.

Had a problem with check in where they thought our room had been rented out to another. It turned out not to be the case, they had just misplaced the key, but after a 10 hour travel day, it took about a half hour and a phone call to booking.com before it was straightened out and we could check in. The host family is very sweet and other then that glitch, we would return. Kitchen could use more thought and a few more utensils/dishes.
