The porch was not safe to walk around on,and we also stayed the whole 3 days without TV because of DStv complications.

Wonderful bush experience with enough to do, we left rested and tired at the same time. Good experience and friendly people, daily cleaning made it a real holiday, will go there again

Sleeping arrangements and general location

DSTV was showing channel 100 only. Neither the owner nor the agent knew about it

The facility was great and the location is just perfect, we had a great time there

I love the bush so the place was exactly what we needed, the pool was very relaxing and clean and in the middle of the bush. The house is beautiful, spacious, it had all the things we needed from utensils, braai place, etc

The attic room 's beds are not comfortable, one bed has two mattress plus base.

Amazing location , best part was the lodger came with a game vehicle, which was such an amazing experience.

Nice property, good for switching off from the bustle of the city

The owner’s lack of urgency, had a burst pipe, the water ended up filling the whole house. Finally someone came to switch it off and left us without water for 5 hours. 9 days after my visit, I still have not received my damage deposit back. There is also no iron. Bring your own

What I liked most about this property is that the house was very clean when we arrived. Also, there is everything in the kitchen you can ever need. The furniture makes you feel like you were in your own house.

If you are arriving for the first time, it can be a challenge to locate the property.

The communal swimming pool pump ran 24/7, this disturbed the peacefulness from the deck.

Location and view are great.

Kitchen cupboards are collapsed onto each other. Condition of beds are shocking - beds are three mattresses ontop of each other. Linen is torn. One room and bathroom had no lights, other rooms have one working light bulb. Unable to use braai due to neglect. Only three wine glasses. The place is a mess.

The place in all was superb. The unit, the view, the beds all very good.

Beautiful place, amazing views and a lot of activities to do. Very remote, the perfect getaway from city life.

The place has potential but lacks maintenance

The place is up the mountain far from amenities, on tight Rocky roads. The dstv was turned off on the morning of check out.

It was a beautiful place indeed we had fun

Manager was rude and inconsiderate. He lied about so many things in that happened in the house after we left. They were supposed to remove the trash everyday and they later blamed us for the fact that the baboons messed with the garbage after we had departed. I believe that some of the pictures they sent were old and from visits way before ours. They then refused to pay back the amount due to us. The manager was never friendly or welcoming before, during and after our Booking. Failed to answer questions directed to them

The view was amazing.

Living Room Inside 1. Not all the lights in the house worked, some didn't even have globes in. 2. It definitely can't seat 8 people in this house, should you not be able to sit outside. 3. There were not enough plugs to power the TV and DSTV decoder, we had to use our own (luckily our friends had brought a multi-plug with) The Kitchen; 1. The kettle is very old, its lid kept coming off and you had to keep unplugging the whole thing to fill it up with water. 2. The microwave is also very old, it worked, but you had to keep an eye on it as the timer would stop working between 8 and 4 minutes. 3. There were no cleaning cloths supplied, the host brought us some the next morning after requesting some. 4. No plastic bowls to serve chips and snacks in 5. Not enough dessert bowls in general either Main Bedroom #1 1. Live wires were just painted over, not idea considering it is a thatch roof house Main bedroom #2 1. The inside shower didn't work, at all. 2. The basin cold tap didn't work either and the hot tap kept moving around 3. The toilet was the only thing working here, making it most unpleasant Upstairs Loft 1. The light didn't work 2. The toilet didn't have a handle to flush 3. There was debris in most of the corners of this area, making it unsafe for little ones to be up there The house is in dire-need of maintenance.
