There were so many things to like about Villa Orleans, Gerardo and his Wife as well as the staff were all pleasant and responsive. You had a fresh prepared breakfast every morning with a 5 star view of Amalfi. The is place was great because it was set back in the hills away from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi, but a quick walk down for when you wanted to eat or see attractions. We rode the bus back up which was very easy to navigate with the help of Gerardo. We would 100% be back here.

We have just spent an exceptional 7day holiday at Villa Orleans. The location is idyllic, far enough from the bustling crowds of Amalfi town but easily accessible by bus to access all you want to see along the coastline. The views from the infinity pool, terrace and your room balcony are simply stunning. The many steps to reach the property only add to its wonderful charm. A delicious breakfast of eggs, Italian meats, coffee, juice, fruit and pastries awaits you each morning. Finally, Gerardo his wife and Sylvania were fantastic hosts. From start to finish they could not do enough to help and look after you. From meeting us from our taxi to carry the cases to the property, to advise on getting around and booking tours and restaurants. Their hospitality was second to none. Will definitely recommend Villa Orleans to friends and family

The location was stunning and the rooms were very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for Gerardo. The breakfasts were amazing - lots of choice and so fresh - and that view!!!!!

Everything :) Gerardo and his team were fantastic hosts, you could tell they genuinely love interacting with all of the guests to ensure they provided exceptional service. Our room had a private terrace with an unobstructed view of the ocean and it was only a short walk to Amalfi main town. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Amalfi coast

I liked everything about it but Gerardo (owner) is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Amalfi Coast and I will definitely stay here again the next time we visit again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for all travel and accommodation needs. It felt very personable and family-like. The facilities and amenities were very nice and convenient. Definitely recommend staying here.

We ate breakfast every morning at Villa Orleans and it was excellent. The view for the patio was outstanding.

We loved the modern rooms and bathrooms. Gerardo was so accommodating and answered all our questions. He helped set up a dinner reservation for us, and gave us recommendations. The breakfast everyday was fantastic as well

Great location, great view and exceptional host. Gerardo looked after us well from start to finish, answered all of our questions and even helped us make sure we were being paid fairly for any taxis we took during our stay. He helped us with the ferry timetabling too. I could not have asked for a better host, and I would gladly recommend Villa Orleans to anyone who decides to visit the Amalfi Coast!

The hotel/apartment is up a steep hill - prepare yourself for a lot of steps (at least downwards, anyways, as you definitely won't be able to walk up them! Your only options upwards are bus or taxi, but the bus is fairly frequent (at least one every hour, sometimes every half an hour).

A lovely villa with amazing views and very nice people who will guide you and will take care of anything you need during your stay. Thank you so much, it was a pleasure for us to stay at your villa!

Just the sweetest most accomodating owners. Carried our bags all the way for us. Gave us excellent restaurant reservations. Adorable Italian woman made us breakfast omlets in the morning on the gorgeous deck. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

It is a recently renovated villa so the decor and furnishings were modern and new.

Absolutely beautiful villa just outside central Amalfi. Rooms are renovated - clean and modern, but still the place is extremely charming. We had a balcony overlooking the water with a view to Amalfi that you could see directly from the bed. Breakfast on their terrace (also with breathtaking views) might have been the best food we had Amalfi. Gerardo and his wife were incredible sweet and accommodating and made our stay unforgettable.

Great location! Gerardo and the team at Villa Orleans were fantastic hosts. On hand to give advice on where to go, ferry’s to Positano/Sorrento etc Stairs to town are not bad at all, and a quick 10 min bus back to the villa. The pool is also amazing to relax by with sun/deck chairs We spent 5 nights in Amalfi for our first wedding anniversary and the location to town was perfect for us.

The hotel is between Positano and Amalfi. 15 minute walk to Amalfi! Great hotel and owner was very gracious and helped with us making our tour booking. Nice plunge pool and sun terrace. B&B style property. Loved our stay.

Gerado went above and beyond during our stay, picking us up from the ferry, recommending and booking our dinner reservations and even our transfer back to the airport we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The villa was so lovely and quiet it felt like you had the whole place to yourself and was such a good location. We will definitely be coming back! Emily & Henry

very private!

a bit far away from amalfi center but it’s only about a 25 minute walk from the Villa. so as long as you don’t mind walking, it’s worth the privacy. they is also a bus that is at the top of the Villa entrance and can take you to and from town pretty easily.

Gerardo was a great host, very friendly. He gave us great recommendation and all the information we needed. The property is stunning and very clean!! the breakfast was great with fresh pastry’s every morning. bus stop right outside which takes you to almalfi and also easy to walk to.
