Wir waren im Dezember 2024 für 3 Nächte im Simba. Es hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit. Des Weiteren hat uns sehr gefallen, dass das Apartment mit allem ausgestattet ist was Urlauber für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigen. Ich werde sehr gerne wieder kommen

The location serene and quiet, compound is clean and well maintained. The room is as the photos, the host Zack and Gibson awesome in their customer service. I highly recommend for family vacations or stop over. I guarantee you will enjoy your stay.

Improve on the couch, comfy one will do. An apron will help for those doing dishes.

Die Apartments sind nicht nur vollständig, sondern auch wirklich auffallend hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - nicht so häufig in der Region, zumindest nicht in der Preisklasse: Sicher ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zudem im Prinzip sehr sauber - solange nicht das Badezimmer durch Undichtigkeiten überschwemmt wird, was hoffentlich kurzfristig behoben wird.

Übel (i.S.v. Sterne-mindernd) ist, dass sich die hübschen Wohnungen unter dem Wellblechdach enorm aufheizen - und zugleich die daher für erholsamen Schlaf unbedingt notwendige Klimaanlage (AC) zwar vorhanden, aber nicht einzuschalten ist: Obwohl das Objekt als "mit AC" beworben und auch im Buchungsbeleg bestätigt wird, erhält man unmittelbar NACH Buchung vom Verwalter den Hinweis, dass der Stromverbrauch der AC extra berechnet wird. So nachvollziehbar dies angesichts manch unverantwortlichen Gebrauchs sein mag (mancher Gast lässt die AirCon den ganzen Tag laufen, während er am Strand weilt), so ärgerlich ist dies, wenn man als Suchkriterium "mit AC" eingegeben hat, diese auch bestätigt wurde - und man dann NACH Buchung - "April April" - erfährt, dass die AC aber nicht einzuschalten ist, solange man sich nicht auf die Extraabrechnung einlässt. Da hilft auch der Hinweis wenig, dass darauf quasi im Kleingedruckten irgendwo ganz unten in der Objektbeschreibung tatsächlich mal hingewiesen wird: Etliche Male zuvor ist halt einfach "mit AC" (ohne Einschränkung) angeführt. Sehr ärgerlich - das sollte in der Eingangsbeschreibung klar erwähnt oder technisch anders geregelt werden, denn es ist ein eminent wichtiger Punkt bei den unterm Dach herrschenden Temperaturen.

La location est spacieuse, bien équipée et tout est fait pour y passer un séjour confortable et agréable. Le centre de Diani n'est pas trop éloigné.

The appartement was rather clean, was cleaned every day. The place is very peaceful and quiet, totally safe and well secured. Internet was working properly during my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a microwave and a toaster. Everything was clean and in working condition. The appartement has mosquito nets all over the place and a mosquito catcher in the main room.

A lot of ants in the room (room 3). They sometimes could be even funny, but they definitely don't belong there. When light bulb in the kitchen burned out, I told about it to receptionist, but for the rest 3 days of my stay it wasn't changed. Twice within a week that I stayed I had no hot water, for a few hours only though. In case you have any argument with a taxi or tuctuc drivers, trying to rip you off, don't expect the hotel staff to help you even if you are 100% right and it's all happening just at the hotel door and they see it . They will take the side of the driver, and you are just muzungu, so come on, pay... it not about money, it's about the attitude to your guests, that was very unpleasant in certain situations.

Compact compound, service was good. Internet was wobbly. Temperature of warm water was not constant.
