Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und stets bemühtes Personal! Preis Leistung war top. 2 Personen 4 Nächte mit Frühstück gesamt 190 Dollar. Infinity pool, rooftop bar, große Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, direkt am Meer gelegen. Liegt ein paar km außerhalb des Zentrums von Nha Trang, deshalb auch ein wenig ruhiger. Trotzdem verschiedenen Lokalitäten direkt ums Eck.

We had a fantastic stay at Boton. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly staff that were very accommodating and helpful, especially Sarah. The room was even better than expected, the infinity pool was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our massages at the spa. The breakfast buffet was delicious and has a variety of options to choose from that changed daily. Although there was no beach directly in front of the hotel due to high tides in the morning, the shuttle service to a beach two minutes away was perfect. Beach lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas were provided at this beach. The front desk helped us book a motorbike to rent, transportation to the airport and accommodated our request for a late check out. Boton was situated in a quieter area. We appreciated being further away from the busyness of the main town, but recommend driving over to check it out.

The hotel was proactive in making our stay as good as possible even before we arrived by offering pickup from the airport and letting us know if we needed some restaurant reservations. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade to a huge suite! I loved it, however, my partner doesn't like carpets hence why we are probably the first couple to decline an upgrade. :) The original room had an amazing view and everything was perfect. They cleaned the room every day, even twice a day sometimes. Amazing pool and pool bar area! with stunning views! They also provided snacks which I recommend everyone either to eat and put the plate in the fridge or outside of the room. The staff at the reception/front desk was always smiling and so helpful in anyway they could which was highly appreciated! Breakfast was the best we had in the 3 different hotel we stayed. Shot distance to a hiking destination!

Gym: Don't trust the pictures... I don't think that gym is being used much and it was super small. I would go and take GRAB/Taxi to another gym. I wouldn't even do a jog on the treadmill. Snack/bug: Bugs love sweets and if you don't hide it they will come of course. I called the housekeeping they did not answer the phone so I ended up calling the front desk and sent the housekeeping to my room. I showed them the issue, and they said they would fix it. After waiting 10-15min... I thought there was some kind of misunderstanding... So I had to take the elevator down to the front desk where I found the housekeeping guy sitting on the sofa talking about something... taking his time... That was a bit irritating. If a customer of a hotel talks about bugs... they should rush to fix the issue. In the end, everything was resolved and we didn't see any bugs as long as we would put the snacks in the fridge or outside of the room. Beach:10-15min walking distance to the beach area for the hotel. They offer shuttle every hour and it is possible to access the beach like across the streets of the hotel, however if you want to sunbath etc... u had to do the walk. Which can be little misleading in the picture they have provided. Pool: Few sunbeds.

다른 5성급호텔에 비해서 가격도 쌰고 위치가 떨어져있어서 별로 기대를 안 했는데 생각보다 너무 괜찮았습니다. 가격에 대해서 부담을 가지시는 분들은 이 호텔 가격이 쌀때 이용을 하세요. 주변에 마사지샵 먹을거리. 카페가 있습니다. 바로 옆에 카페는 진짜 맛있으니 추천합니다. 그리고 wifi 속도가 빠릅니다. 편하게 업무랑 검색 및 유용하게 잘 썼습니다. 수영장은 크기가 작지만 수영하는데는 큰 어려움이 없습니다. 옆에 사우나가 있는데 여길 추천을 합니다. 몸이 개운합니다. 그리고 무척 청결합니다. 솔직히 아주 제 방을 깨끗하게 청소를 해서 고마웠습니다. 직원들은 제가 부탁을 하거나 그럴때 잘 들어줍니다. 친절한 직원분들 많이 있습니다. 5일동안 직원들이랑 많이 친해졌습니다. 음식들도 피자나 기타 시키는거는 맛있으니 추천합니다. 여기 마사지 진짜 잘합니다. 가격이 다른 시내보다 비싸지만 할 만한 가치가 있습니다. 꼭 이용하세요. 바로 앞에 바다로 들어갈수가 있는데 해변은 없지만 물은 깨끗합니다. 한국분들도 많이 계셨습니다. 다시 오면 머물 의사가 있습니다. 모든 직원분들께 감사의 말씀드립니다. 감사합니다.

로비에 있으면 덥습니다. 물론 베트남 현지분들 컨디션이나 기후 변화가 있지만 제가 봤을때 로비가 더우면 손님들이 오지 않습니다. 물론 에어컨을 틀때가 있는데 너무 더워요. 이 부분은 사람과 날씨에 따라서 조정을 했으면 좋겠습니다. 스카이라운지 꼭대기가 있는데 더워요. 유로 2024 보라고 홍보하는데 더워서 조용히 봤습니다. 사람들의 컨디션에 따라서 조절을 해주었으면 좋겠습니다. 하나 더 수영장 물이 약품이 독해요.. 비오고 나서는 괜찮아졌는데. 이 부분도 체크를 해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 개선할수 있는 부분이라서 큰 단점은 아닙니다. 오히려 좋은 추억이 있었습니다.

We had a good time at the hotel! Especially because of the warm welcome of the kind receptionist Sarah (Loan), thanks to her and the great service she provided to us! And also the daily dinner in the Guangdong Restaurant was very good. Linh and An were very attentive and took great care of us. Thank you! We liked the free beach buggy service and the a big plus point is the room upgrade we received! We were very happy about that. The view is AMAZING!

The breakfast and dinner room were often hot and the air was stuffy. Also the same with the hallways to the rooms. At these times it didn't feel like 5 stars.
