Location was great, right on the beachfront. AWESOME VIEW from the apartment. We were on the 22nd floor, so when you’re just at the dining table eating or doing work and look out the big glass windows, it’s just ocean. Just awesome. Winmart grocery store is a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The place itself is very spacious and well maintained. Had everything we needed for a 2-week stay. The property managers were always helpful and responsive. a pleasure to interact with. We noticed the living room AC was not cooling, and within the day they got it fixed. Great team.

This is not at all to dock points off, we were fine with these minor setbacks, but just to let people know what to expect: The elevators were not too slow, but they were warm. No AC or any real ventilation, but totally bearable. Not a big deal. There is a smoking area just outside the lobby where guests/residents and workers regularly smoke. If you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke, wear your masks. Honestly it was not bad, but just trying to help set expectations.

Master room is nice. Owner is friendly. Our booked room has changed in the last minute but it is ok

The apartment was neat and clean, every bedrooms can have a wide view of the infront beach. The kitchenette is equipped enough for home-cooking and cleaning if necessary. The hostess and our room service was super nice, fast-response and informative both pre-arrival and on our trip.

However, the building elevator may cause impatience. Another thing is the property key and elevator card is locked together so it's annoying in case of individual needs.

The view to the sea is amazing. Great location with all commodity. Very close to the beach and everything. Great host, who we can request additional service as to check out later.

The bathroom doorknob is not working well, and lights in bathroom is dim. Window has a crack and air vent is dirty.
