On se marche dessus partout Cuisine mal agencée, gazinière à l'extérieur, table centrale jolie (bateau) mais peu confortable Une salle de bain/toilette pour 8 personnes, à l'étage, toute petite et basse, je touchais le plafond dans la douche et proche du lavabo Casiers tous pris à mon arrivée alors que le dortoir n'était même pas plein Personnel peu dynamique sauf un Cher Porte de la chambre située proche de l'accueil, bruyant

Javier (who built the hostel!) Was really nice and helpful. He lent us an adaptor and offered lots of advice with tours and sightseeing! The kitchen and living room are big and cosy, with lots of great features.

There is no storage space in the room. Cupboards were locked/full of stuff. Our room was next to the kitchen and had a glass door. The light would wake us up whenever someone used the kitchen/living room.

The staffs were very kind and the whole space has spirit :)

You need a blindfold, because the street lamp directly at your window and no blackout curtain

They had a massive bed bug problem during my stay. They should have closed the dorm rooms instead of offering refunds to guests.

It was cozy and charming, not too far from the bus station.

We didn’t stay for breakfast, however the staff were very friendly and helpful giving us great ideas for enjoying the city.

Great and friendly staff who made me feel welcome, a big table in the kitchen where you can meet other travelers, top location in the center of PN and 10 mins from the bus station, perfect for hikers since you can leave your backpack with them before doing a long trek

The hostel itself was nice and cozy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We spent one night there and could leave our backpacks as long as we were in the National Park.

BEWARE! BED BUGS! I was about to come back to this hostel for 3 more nights after the National Park, but even after one night my body was covered with bedbug bites, so I canceled it and had to find another hostel late in the night after returning from the park. The lady from the reception said they are aware of the problem and clean the room everyday, I think they need an exterminator.

The staff are really cool and the kitchen is good, the people sit there to talk and change experiences.

In my first day I needed to get out of my bed in the middle of night and sleep in the couch because my bed was full of ticks or another small insects that made me to scratch my body. In the other day the staff was cool with me after some complaining and change me of bed, but still found of them in the new bed but way less than the other. The house really needs some sanitize in the summer. The bathroom also are really small, I am 1,80 tall and still need to curve a little bit to fit myself.

everything staff are really nice and friendly. lovely cleaning lady that would go above and beyond to help you.

Nice big kitchen and comfortable facilities. Well maintained and friendly staff. Accommodated leaving my luggage during my backpacking trip through Torres del Paine.

The dorm rooms are on the smaller side so it’s a tight fit and the bathroom is accessed via spiral stairs which might not work for everyone.

We stayed in the little boat shaped tiny house and it was super cute. The building is a bit awkward but it's worth it for the experience and privacy.

It's a little bit out of the busiest town if you're looking for something really central, but it's a nice walk.

Beds are very comfortable. All the bunk beds are hand built so they are very sturdy. Kitchen is well equipped. Hot showers. Great wifi and nice little common lounge area.

Some of the upper bunks are closer to the ceiling, so you can bang your head if you are tall. Same for the bathrooms as they are in the eaves. Kitchen is quite small so can get very busy when lots of people want to cook.

Comfortable bed and good location. Kitchen is nice but a little small.

The toilet and shower for 9 people is up a steep stair to the attic space where the ceiling is 1.5 meters. Can't stand straight to pee. The shower is so tight, if you drop the soap you have to open the door to reach down.

Great location, just a few minutes from the bus station and close to town. The layout of the dorms, though initially a bit weird, is actually a great set-up, with lockers and a space to pack away from the main dorm, minimising disturbances from people coming in late/leaving early.

A few minutes after I got into bed I started to itch a lot. I found out there were bed bugs in the bed and killed a few. There were also fleas and I couldn't sleep for hours because I was scratching. In the morning the places swelled and became inflamed. I told the employee at the reception and he claimed I brought them with me. I took a photo that there were more bed bugs under the bed and showed him. A few minutes after I left another guest was put in the same bed. I told the new guest Shane Lev and the employee that it was wrong for him to let someone else sleep there, only after that they sprayed the place and I moved to a nearby hostel so as not to carry the equipment.
