The owners are super friendly and kind. Breakfast comes with a special treat that surprises you every morning with fresh homemade cakes or pies. The location is convenient to visit all around town.

The people here were so very nice! Check in was easy, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great (homemade cake, and fresh cooked eggs at breakfast - awesome)! We booked this hotel for both the night before our trek in Torres del Paine and for another night afterwards on our way back to Punta Arenas and we looked forward to the staying here another night and the breakfast. Highly recommend. We left a bag here as well while we did the trek, no problem.
We liked everything about this place. It exceeded our expectations. No cold milk available for the breakfast cereal, but that was minor since there was so much else to eat.

The staff was wonderful! so helpful and kind.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights upon arrival in Puerto Natales, then went on a nine days hike in Torres del Paine national park and came back for one more night. In the meantime they accepted to keep our extra luggage in their storage room. We communicated via Google translate since our Spanish is not very good, but it was no problem.

Room was very clean! They had a very nice breakfast with fresh eggs in addition to the normal staples of fruit and breads. They stored our bags while we did the Torres del Paine o circuit! They also helped us get out many dry done at the end of trek by calling local places and having them pick it up for us. I would 100% stay again and recommend this place. Location was great- 10ish minutes walk from the bus stop and close to downtown restaurants.

Wonderful and clean rooms, hearty breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts, great location!
Nothing- was perfect for us! Host spoke little English so practice a small amount of Spanish.
