Location and size of the apartment. Undercover secure parking 😊

No air-conditioning. We had to clean several things e.g. mould on the back of the big lounge. One of the bar stools requires immediate maintenance, quite unsafe to be sat on. We were quoted 3 different prices but the dearest price was taken out of our account.

Reasonably close to beaches.

The apartment block smelt of smoking and was unpleasant. The construction noise from next door was terrible - starting before 7am continuing all day and even happening on the Saturday. The cushions on the lounges also looked old and dirty. They need replacing or just removal.

cleaniless can be better. we had clean the fans which were fulll of dusts detergent empty bottles, both exhaust fans in bathroom & toilet not working. would be nice to have a bath mat supplied.

location was very good and close to town centre and beach. The views were excellent with a great balcony.

Not much every thing was good and worked well.

great position 3 minute walk to the beach bowling club 2 minutes had a good meal

3rd floor but has a lift

Great location for us, unit was better than we expected, very well equipped.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable! Picked up keys from servo but given no idea what key fitted what or even what floor we were on. Not very good instructions. Lucky a tenant there helped us.
