Great location, next to the station, and market hall, cool interior and technical features

Chambres confortables, hotel bien insonorisé, petit-dejeuner afapté aussi aux vegans, le sejour etait pzrfait. L’hotel se trouve a quelques rues du port et des maisons-cubes. Pratique pour denuter une visite de la ville.
Les lits pourraient etre un peu plus separés quand on sejourne a l’hotel entre ami.es

Nous avons trouvé que l'hôtel était bien placé, nous nous sommes déplacés à pied. Le personnel a été très serviable et souriant. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner, très copieux et varié avec du pain complet et des laits végétaux.

La décoration, le tourne disque et les vinyles écoutés le matin ! La possibilité de louer des vélos appartenant à l'hôtel. La proximité des maisons cubes et du pont Erasmus. Le petit déjeuner top !
La propreté dans la salle d'eau et le fait de demander de faire le lit car l'hôtel est classé Green.
Pas de variété dans les petits déjeuners si on reste plusieurs nuits.

Fresh towels every day. Quite clean hotel. OK location.
Nothing was a deal breaker per se, but all together quite a bizzare experience. When we arrived at the hotel they wanted to charge us again although I told them I already paid for everything in advance. Had to show them the payment and even then the lady at the reception didn't believe us and treat us mockingly. Then she mixed up reservation. When we finally arrived to our room, there were still people in it.
Every night the room started to stink of weed. Like really reeked of it. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind it. But the smell was so intense that we both woke up in the middle of the night.
The hotel has four stars, but I don't think it deserve it. Three stars max. Bizzare experience.

Very nice hotel in the very center of Rotterdam, very pleasant stay and sleep.
We had late arrival and check in went really friendly, fast and uncomplicated. In addition to our late arrival, the hotel fulfilled some other wishes without any problems.
Room cleaning every day.
Otherwise, the water pressure in the shower is a bit bad, but I think this is more a problem of the plumbing than of the hotel.

The location is perfect for me. Besides Savoy is home away from home. My favorite room is always reserved for me.
Everything was alright. The small square commemorative plaque honoring the person who lived on that spot before being deported to Westerbork could use a little polishing. You might say it is not yours but it would be a nice gesture especially since it is in your front entrance.

We got a really cozy room with a terrace on the top floor. Room featured a vinyl plates player among other amenities that was a pleasant surprise. Everything worked well, nice experience overall.
Breakfast was OK, but food selection was limited and all the same every day of our stay.
Property located quite a distance from nearest train/underground station, also form Main Train Station.

Loved this place! The staff were very lovely and friendly and helped us with the self check in. The room was fab and the little touches were excellent. They had some chocolates on the bed for us and a little note which was a nice personal touch. There was also a Nespresso machine for us to have coffee in the morning which I loved and a record player which was really cool. The room was spacious and very clean and I was very much impressed with it all. We did spend some time at the bar which was an excellent place to hang out after exploring Rotterdam and just to wind down.

Perfect location everything in walking distance, restaurant and cafes nearby, very friendly and courteous staff, the room had everything you need for a night including a waterboiler and super comfortable beds, reasonably priced parking just opposite the hotel
