I was really impressed by the kind and very helpful staff during my stay. Especially Ukrainian girl, I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. She helped with dinner choices and sauna availability.

I don’t find it comfortabel to sleep on two separate beds that are not really placed together.

They did not made up the bed when arrived back at hotel, as well as did remove towals at bathroom

Excellent staff, polite friendly warm. Location is great, quite area, close to Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park and Hellendoorn Amusement park.

Rooms are basic, but comfy. Would have been great if coffee machine or kettle was provided in the room. Breakfast buffet is standard, would be nice to have 1 item different every day to have a bit of excitement to see what's the new or different item of the day.

Nice room with balcony, walking distance from the restaurants. Great breakfast in the morning. Perfect pitstop during Pieterpad

Nice location in à quiet residential area. Free parking. Welcoming hôtel. Professional staff. Large room and good bedding. Choice in breakfast.

It lacks : 1 hair-dryer. A kettle with tea or coffee bags. A bottle of still or sparkling water (depending on) given, when taken the keys, at the Reception

location is fine with parking in front of the hotel. beds were very comfortable. terrasse was nice while still having some privacy. Staff was friendly and trying to help.

bathroom was so outdated. Tiles were broken. Seals around the shower glass separation were molded. Towels had holes in them and were worn out. Sink was rusty. Toilet flush and soap dispenser only worked every now and then. Hallway was noisy. Restaurant was passable with no fresh food. We had to ask the staff ourself to refill breakfast.

Location- very peaceful. Balcony. Cheese at breakfast.

No ventilation in the bathroom- reflects on the walls. Scrambled eggs not refilled at breakfast for those who get there at 9 and later 😎

Room was very dark with dark brown/grey striped wall paper. The bathroom was poorly designed--you could not stand in front of the sink because the shower stalled overlapped the space. Made it very awkward to use. Staff was friendly and the bed was fine, but the hotel seems a bit run down--stained carpet; in one area it looked liked they had to cut out a piece of the carpet ad replace it, but the edges were very ragged. Clean enough. Good breakfast which included hot options like bacon and scrambled eggs.

Poor bathroom layout and bad lighting in the bathroom. Dark brown wall paper in the room; made it feel very gloomy.

A good place to stay in Dutch society. Simple and good breakfast.

It was a nice experience.
