Prima kamer.
Personeel was niet vriendelijk en niet behulpzaam. Vanwege mijn bruiloft had ik gevraagd of de gasten al eerder hun bagage konden afzetten dan de standaard inchecktijd. Via de mail kreeg ik te horen dat ze vanaf 12:00 uur mochten komen. Echter toen ze buitenlandse gasten daar aanklopten werd er door de eigenaar gezegd dat ze hier niet van op de hoogte was en dat ze altijd op dit tijdstip boodschappen doen (terwijl zij zelf 12:00 uur hadden voorgesteld). Pas toen mijn moeder in het Nederlands zich er mee bemoeide was het goed gekomen. Uiteindelijk konden ze hun spullen afzetten. Maar dit was geen vriendelijk welkom voor onze gasten.
Naast bovenstaande had ik van te voren gevraagd om een telefoonnummer voor een taxi service. Deze heb ik ontvangen en met de taxi service een tijdstip afgestemd voor na onze bruiloft. Toen ik op de avond van onze bruiloft deze service meerdere keren belde werd er niet opgenomen. Ik heb toen het hotel gebeld en daar werd me op een onvriendelijke manier verteld dat ze niet konden helpen. Ik snap dat ze de situatie niet konden oplossen maar hier werd helemaal niet behulpzaam op gereageerd. Ik moest zelf vragen om een andere taxi service. De volgende ochtend kreeg ik wel een sms van het hotel met de vraag of het uiteindelijk was goed gekomen, maar dat was erg laat om opeens vriendelijk te zijn. Erg jammer want ik had hoge verwachtingen.

Wir wurden nach unserer ersten Fahrradtour sehr hilfsbereit empfangen, begeistert waren wir vom Charme dieser tollen Unterkunft,mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet,die Zimmer sehr individuell und modern ..im alten Gemäuer…
Hervorzuheben ist natürlich die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber und des Personals, Frühstück auch Topp 👍

Vriendelijke ontvangst, hotel-waardig.
Grote kamer, prima bedden, heerlijke douche. Op iedere verdieping gratis koffie en thee, tegen betaling drankjes enz. in koelkast.
Ontbijt verzorgd, van alles wat en smakelijk.
Gebouw is oud , tocht in de kamer. Daardoor erg koud en nauwelijks warm te stoken. Dekbed erbij gevraagd want dat was echt nodig!
Kamer is niet te verduisteren, gordijnen te dun en licht doorlatend.

The facilities of this hotel were excellent. There was ample parking behind the property and the high street was down an ally way, where you can find clothing and retail shops and a small supermarket. We loved the delicatessen, which sold a huge variety of cheeses, dried meats, crackers, and other snacks. The breakfast was plentiful, featuring fresh fruit, yoghurt, huge bread basket, boiled egg, jams, cured meats and cheese and to top it all frequent coffee refils.
The facilties and hosts met all our expectations.

Very good accommodation, good breakfast, great location in the town and just across the river from the train station. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. We would certainly stop here again. The room was comfortable and we could really relax during our visit.

I loved the Boutiek Hotel Kampen—a true gem. I have cycled round the world the past five years and stayed in hundreds and hundreds of hotels. This is a gem. Absolutely beautiful inside. A lovely common area. A gorgeous breakfast room and a perfect Dutch breakfast. My room was spare and beautiful and clean and comfortable and flooded with light. And it had a balcony to enjoy the air.

Great place, lovely room, excellent facilities. The help yourself fridge bar and coffee facilities was a fantastic idea. (obviously you paid for beer, great choice at a good price) Breakfast fresh and very tasty. Car parking a huge bonus.

Location , staff , reception, and breakfast all excellent
Whilst nothing can be done about it during our stay a large cruise boat moored on the quay opposite the hotel ruining the river view, however they went overnight

The location of the hotel is the best, really in the centre of Kampen.
It is a good place to stay, the owner is so nice, always willing to help.
