Teleurstellend, de ligging van het hotel is prima.

Interessante vraag,maar onze verwachtingen waren veel te hoog. De kamer was op twee hoog dus veel te warm! Het personeel was niet onvriendelijk, maar ook niet erg toegankelijk.

Tja; de kamer was uiterst sober. Van een Fletcherhotel verwacht je toch dat er inde badkamer een plankje is waar je je toilettas op kunt zetten? Je verwacht toch ook van een Fletcherhotel een stevig en comfortabel bed: dat niet is doorgezakt en zo slap is dat 's morgens met pijn in je rug opstaat? Je mag van een Fletcherhotel toch ook verwachten dat er een hor voor het raam is zodat je 's niet wordt doorgeprikt wordt door de muggen? Je mag toch ook van een Fletcherhotel verwachten dat het ontbijt voor één croissant en een kopje thee geen €17,50 moet kosten?

We hebben het naar ons zin gehad.

Vriendelijkheid personeel, locatie. We kregen een grotere kamer dan geboekt. Een nachtje bijboeken in dezelfde kamer voor dezelfde prijs werd meteen geregeld.

De communicatie tussen het bedienend personeel van het restaurant en het keukenpersoneel verdient de aandacht (mogelijk lag de personele bezetting op onze eerste avond hier aan ten grondslag). De kamerhygiëne verdient ook aandacht.

een heel fijn verblijf in een mooie en rustige omgeving.

De ligging in een zeer bosrijke omgeving.

Er was geen mogelijkheid om de handdoek en badhanddoek op te hangen, terwijl de sticker in de badkamer aangeeft "spaar het milieu en gebruik de handdoek nog een keer". Je moet een natte handdoek dan op de balkon op een stoel laten drogen.

Prima voor 1 nacht. Niet langer

Kamers waren schoon en goede bedden. Prima ontbijt en diner savonds ook prima. Vriendelijke bediening.

Kamer sfeerloos en kaal. Daar mag best iets meer comfort. Er is ruimte genoeg. Dus bijv leuke zitbank oid. En geen kartonnen bekertjes voor thee op de kamer maar gewoon glazen neerzetten. Leuk behang of plantje maakt het ook gemoedelijker. En vind het niet meer van deze tijd dat er op de terrassen en balkons van de kamers gerookt mag worden. Je ruikt dat in de kamers. Ook vind k het hotel qua inrichting vooral in de gangen wat oubolligs en sfeerloos uitstralen. Zwembad is ruim en lekker maar ook sfeerloos qua aankleding. Bovendien is er achterstallig onderhoud (losse plafond tegel en roosters die kapot zijn en een gebroken ruit) straalt geen 4 sterren uit.

Prima voor 1 nacht

Locatie en dichtbij leuke steden om te bezoeken.

Personeel was vriendelijk maar wat laks ( gevraagd om cola maar nooit gehad, om bruin brood gevraagd, wit gekregen, receptionist die continue haar neus ophaalde terwijl ze ons te woord stond). Bij aankomst op de kamer stond de verwarming op 8! Kortom kwam wat onprofessioneel over.

Room was clean. Hotel has nice look. Big free parking, good wifi

No shelf for cosmetics in bathtube. Bathtube have no doors so bathroom is full of water after shower. No big deal but if Hotel wants to be perfect that small things counts.

We had been there before and will come back again, the hotel is nicely renovated and the area around

the room was newly renovated and very spacious, the view from our balcony room nor 225 was fantastic. We ordered breakfast in the room so we have it on the balcony. good breakfast.

The room was restyled, but there was no big enough table to put your personal stuff on. Just a high little round table. We were informed a head of time that the renovation was not yet completed at the restaurant/bar, so no meals or drinks. We brought our own drinks, like beer, but there was no small refrigerator in the room. for the summer that is a miss. We notified that the door of the balcony was very hard to open, maybe because it had not been opened after the renovation.

We had a good two day outing. We might come back again

The staff moved us on our request to a better room with a view on the forest. The kitchen provided nice meals. Attractive pieces of art from Africa.

The carpets in the rooms and corridors are very old

understaffed; had to wait for a long time to check in because receptionist was on phone ; stained and worn out carpets; beds were not made up properly even when asked second day; no cleaning in between sauna use - hotel booked clients one right after the other; nobody knew where clean towels were to be found for sauna

Outdated hotel

Location is great.

Room and restaurant were not clean. There was a lot of dust on the furniture in the room and hotel. We were put in a room were the matras was very hard and did not sleep due to the noise from a ventilator. We got another room which was much better. We had a magazine which mysteriously disappeared from our room, but when mentioning this the staff, they just took note of it. They did not offer a compensation nor apologised neither for the night we did not sleep.

Dirty and caught in a time warp

This hotel is stuck in an era and it is clearly old and sagging. The carpets are filthy... everywhere.. in the rooms, passages and dining rooms.. it’s actually disgusting. They are also understaffed and although the available staff tried their best it was clear that they could not cope. One example was our bottle of wine that arrived at our table long after our food had.. which by the way was cold and the plates were not clean... either they should close this facility or revamp completely.
