La salle du petit déjeuner est très belle
La literie n’est absolument pas digne d’un hôtel. Les chambres sont extrêmement bruyante vis-à-vis du couloir.

het bed was oke en de badkamer
nou wij vonden de slaapkamer te klein!! je kon haast niet lopen je kon niet zitten op een stoel was 1 stoel verder geen ruimte voor nog een stoel dus te klein en ook hadden wij een hond bij ons nou die moest dan maar in de badkamer

In het centrum dicht bij alle faciliteiten.
Via booking.com toeristen belasting al betaald en een gratis kinderbedje gereserveerd. Bij aankomst zeggen ze hier over gecommuniceerd te hebben maar ik weet van niks, moest ik beide ineens betalen. Dus daar kwam ineens 20 euro bij

Das Hotel lag direkt in der City. Parkhaus vorhanden. Frühstück war sehr gut.

de sympatieke nacht receptionist
de tv werkte niet (niet over geklaagd want we hebben Netflix). Geen warm water aan de wastafel. Bij het tanden poetsen bleek de wastafel niet helemaal schoon. De volgende dag werd de kamer niet schoongemaakt (bordje verkeerd gelezen?). Nachtportier bij klacht heel aardig maar hij kon natuurlijk niets doen. De lift was kapot. Die was de volgende ochtend nog stuk dus van de derde verdieping met koffer via de trap naar beneden. Bij uitchecken alleen "o, sorry" van dienstdoende receptioniste toen ik mijn klachten vermeldde

Having given them all the information they asked for, they still managed to put us in the wrong rooms, which meant I paid 150 euros more. For 2 out of the 3 days I stayed I had a cold shower.

The room size was great. The staff was welcoming and nice. We did not have the breakfast, but the location was great, and there were many restaurants within the few blocks around the hotel.
There was a refrigerator in the room for us, but it was small, dirty inside, and had no shelving. So wehad to stack all our cold food products. There was also a loud party/music late into the night keeping us from being able to sleep.
