Restaurant is great, good food. The gym is nice and the swimming pool is beautiful.
Room size and spacious is beyond expectation!
Stay was extremely satisfactory. Location was 1km away from public transport.

receptionist was rude, also speaking Dutch with her other colleague, when I spoke English. also the elevator stinks.

The pool looks nice and the facilities were great
The double room consists of two separate box spring beds, next to each other, with separate sheets. It causes a split between the mattresses.

The room is huge and comfortable. The bathroom is also big with a large walk in shower and large spa bath. There is a coffee machine and fridge in the room and plenty of storage. Would definitely stay here again and would also look for other hotels of this chain in the future. The pool was such a treat and the sauna has a view of the city!

The hotel personnel was really friendly and helpful. I had a spacious room with a big bathroom containing a separate bathtub and shower. The coffee machine in the room was very well appreciated!
Furthermore, having a nice dinner or lunch at the hotel restaurant is highly recommended as the food was excellent.
The breakfast was rather average. And I had one of the worse scrambled eggs ever.

It would be nice to have a bottle of water available in the room. At least on the day of arrival. Otherwise you have to buy it at the reception.

Reception staff were amazing and so helpful, I have never encountered such friendly people who really provide excellent customer service. Our whole experience was good.
