Not enough staff at the and the restaurant bar!!! Couldn’t get a drink and walked out. Not the staff fault they work really hard and very attentive. Poor management Taking to consideration the location of the hotel why there’s no transportation pre-arrenged from and to the hotel.

La situation géographique avec une vue magnifique et des chambres bien équipées,literie confortable et boissons d’accueil .

Plus de 40 mn d’attente pour avoir la chambre ,avec une seule personne débordée au guichet ,puis le dîner où nous avons attendu une heure pour commencer à être servis et encore pas tous ensemble (4personnes) puis encore pour le plat et le dessert …plus de 3 heures à table…ce qui arrive à gâcher le plaisir du repas … Dommage avec une telle vue !

Het personeel (kortaf aan de telefoon) de roomservice (De receptie, bar personeel en het nr 514 konden pas na 20:00 vertellen wat er besteld kon worden, maar na 20:00 duurt het 15 minuten om iemand aan de lijn te krijgen, deze zegt de bestelling duurt 20 minuten en vervolgens krijgen we een uur later ijskoud eten. Ze vragen echt te veel geld voor de kamers en ontbijt. €24,- p.p. Badkamer gedateerd, balkon meubilair vies en goedkoop. Wij kwamen van het Eurostar te Madrid gereden, en ons verwachtingspatroon lag waarschijnlijk iets te hoog. De locatie en lobby zijn fantastisch, ontbijt zaal met uitzicht ook.

Vue très agréable. Lit très confortable. Propreté respectée et appréciable.

Le prix du petit déjeuner nous a été facturé à 24€:/ personne alors que mentionné à 22€. Hélas, constaté après notre départ. Nous souhaiterions une explication ou mieux une régularisation Au niveau restaurant, plats insipides, et un peu cher Fort dommage que la plus part du personnel ne parle pas français. ( au bar, notamment)

la vue

la chasse coulait et nous a empêché de dormir, les vitres étaient sales, les joints de la baignoire moisis, les serviettes trouées…la chambre est vieillissante mais le point de vue reste exceptionnel. le petit déjeuné est très cher (pas de yaourt individuel seulement à la louche, rien de proposé à la demande…(ni churros ni pancakes fait à la minute)).

We dined in your restaurant on Tuesday 26th September and we’re very disappointed with the service.Our waiter was very poorly trained.There was a young waitress who dealt with us a couple of times who was very efficient.The meal itself was unremarkable.

What a great view and we had the best room with a corner double aspect of the bay and the sea. Comfy bed and pillows. Very clean. No balcony but we really enjoyed the views from our bed! Windows opened wide. Great sunrise Room 225 The sunset from the bar area was equally great! Great rooftop pool with 360 degrees views (seasonal)We were there last week in September. Free parking,no charge at barrier when showing room key or reservation. Funicular running down to San Sebastián in 7min, from 11am-8pm with reduced rate for hotel guests. Easy access to the beach and beach promenade. Very quiet at night, we could hear the waves when window was open.

The View, parking, and the staff

It would be great if you could incorporate some weights in the gym, and fix the current muscle machine as it didn’t work.

The main advantage of this hotel is the view of san Sebastian. The pool area is excellent. The lounge area is very pleasant to sit in. The receptionist was very good.

Small rooms. One day our room didn't get cleaned until 3.30 pm despite leaving a card on the door at 9.30am. Even a complaint did nothing to speed things up. The restaurant didn't open until 8.30pm so we never eat there. No one ever came to the lounge tables to ask if we wanted a drink. A good 30 minute walk to the Old Town. Funicular access started to late and finished too early for the hotel residents.

Stunning view.

The "hot" food at breakfast was in fact cold both mornings of our stay. They bring out fried eggs and bacon and put them on the buffet table. They are quickly cold. At the very least, they should have warming lamps.

- the VIEW over the bay is extraordinary, one of the best in the world - rooms are decent - it's definitely worth the money, the hotel is in such an exceptional place that it would be a big mistake to stay somewhere else when in San Sebastian - parking is free of charge which is really a nice complimentary service

- actually, the hotel bases its reputation on the location and the amenities are quite poor - for example the gym is of the size of a small room with 4 (four, literally) pieces of equipment available - the pool is open during a very short timeframe, it's my second time at the hotel and it's always closed, they open it during summer months only - the staff is generally nice but I encountered this super weird personal comment during check-in that normally should not occur in a 4*/5* hotel...
