El trato del personal y las zonas comunes

La limpieza en general y muy en especial de la habitación. Las camas sin sábanas encimeras y con los nórdicos montados al revés todos los días. Polvo por todos sitios, los mandos de las teles pegajosos. Y la zona ajardinada de la habitación sin limpiar en toda la semana. A lo que podemos añadir cucarachas y varios bichos todos los días. La habitación con muebles rotos y las paredes sucias y totalmente descuidadas.

Pięnie zaaranżowany i bardzo zadbany teren, bardzo urozmaicone posiłki, codziennie animacje, występy, aqua aerobik itp. Ten hotel to takie połączenie domków i oferty hotelowej. Każdy ma swój apartament z kuchnią i może sam przygotowywać posiłki, ale równie dobrze można skorzystać z pełnej oferty hotelu. Wygodnie, czysto i ładnie.

Minusem jest to, co jednocześnie jest zaletą tego hotelu- odległość od miasta i plaży. Z jednej strony mamy spokój i ciszę, z drugiej brak restauracji i sklepów poza sklepikiem na terenie kompleksu. Przed hotelem praktycznie są zarówno taksówki jak i hulajnogi elektryczne, więc można sobie z tym poradzić.

The pool in the apartment was awesome the size of the apartment was good and the extra touch of birthday cava was a nice .

The food setup was plagued with flies ,we didn’t like the food and felt like the restaurant wasn’t up to the standard of the apartment, it felt like it was missing a restaurant, there was work going on next to reception where we first thought it was a dining area but we don’t know if it was as it wasn’t open . We stayed for a birthday /anniversary and it was a themed evening meal ( Mexican) mostly usual self service food but with the word Mexican written in front like Mexican fish that looked like the fish served earlier with chilli powder sprinkled on . One thing to say is although the property was awesome with the pool we felt that it could be dangerous for young families, the children’s room is top floor next to the outside door with steep stone steps to the downstairs adults room , pool is 1.4 mtrs deep in its entirety,

Everything was perfect for a family holiday. The activities were diverse, and the staff was incredibly nice. Could easily be a 5*.

Very small choice of food however was tasty and nice to have different evening. I would say the snack bar is very limited to a small choice of foods. We asked for pina colada several times in the evening and was just given rum Malibu and pineapple juice no coconut milk/ ice cream was given we had to pay extra for this even though we were on an all inclusive. Nothing is really working in the games room for the children. No a/C in certain parts of hotel otherwise very good. Lots of wasps around the pool .

The extra bed we asked for was very unconfortable. On the site it memtion a sofa convertible bed but it wasn't.

A bit too far out from Centre town, no shuttle bus to town Centre in the evening time

Good breakfast. The resort is splendid. The receptionists are really helpful and always at service. The room facilities and toys for children are amazing.

Location is quite far from the centre. You need to get a taxi or walk quite a bit if you want to go to the beach or to anywhere outside the resort.

Booking provided wrong information about our reservation. We were immediately asked to pay more on arrival. 220 Euro additional costs or 560 Euro for cancellation. Booking.com premium for reservation was around 25%, 500 Euro, but no service provided at all. In 2.5 days booking replied to our detailed what can they do. Well, providing the service and solving trouble with the reservation is not for booking, only take 25% commission and dissappear. Will avoid such costly zero-service provider.

The food was fresh and plentiful but not much choice so if your kids are fussy eaters it wouldn't work The cocktails weren't fresh - just poured out of big containers and very weak

The staff and food are excellent at Green Garden. This is our 3rd visit and we weren't disappointed. Every meal was delicious, lots of choice and there were plenty of snacks on the all inclusive option too.

For the first 2 nights we were put in a room right next to where they wash the dishes after every meal. It was incredibly noisy at both night and early morning and we asked to be moved. They didn't dispute it so they must get complaints all the time and this room just shouldn't exist - the walls are too thin. Some of the play areas for kids are a bit tired which could be dangerous as we saw nails sticking out of steps on the playhouse and fences. A kids club for English kids would be great too or more varied activities for kids.

Some construction work was done on the unit next to ours: great deal of noise, unable to enjoy the privat pool that day. The hotel should have reduced the price for that part of the stay

We were a group of 17 and were greeted with a smile from beginning to end, staff couldn't do enough for us to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, accomodation was beautiful and just perfect layout for our family, small pool in villa was great too.....food and drink was ample and plenty to choose from at every sitting ..will definitely recommend to anyone family or couples.

the food was great, the personnell lovely, always helpful and friendly, espcially bar staff and the mini club staff. all really lovely. food had a great variety and entetainment at night was good too. some of the enternatiment was better than others, but alsways a great atmosphere. swimming pools were great, but perhaps parts of it needed to be shallower for small kids

we loved almost everything, my only thing would be that the swimming pool could have an area for smaller kids whereby they could stand up in the pool. the toddler pool was too small for my five year old, but the big pools were too deep and some kids did not venture out too much.

The staff were excellent. Nothing too much for them. Food was really good and standard of cleanliness excellent
