The location of this apartment was excellent, it was spacious and clean and fitted our family of five very well. It was amazing value for money costing a few hundred pound less than anything else we could find for an appartment sleeping six with two bathrooms. It had a washing machine and drying area which we used and were really glad for. The two modern bathrooms were a real bonus plus we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening and watching the world go by and having a beer. The host was excellent, when we had an issue with the water he returned and sorted it out within the hour, also when our kettle stopped working he came and delivered another even though we said not to bother. He also let us check out later than we should have done which was appreciated as out pick up was late afternoon. I would book it again if we went to this area.

No chairs or sun loungers beside the pool, no air conditioning (we did however know this when we booked but our twin 18 year old sons would have appreciated it!), no oven, we only found this out when we bought pizzas and couldn't cook them.

my favorite thing was the swimming pool, it’s really nice and big, and there were almost no people so we could fully enjoy it :) apart from that the apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. There was a dishwasher, washing machine, a place to dry our swim suits and towels, tv, sound system, and many more. the kitchen was perfectly equipped to cook full dinner for several people. We couldn’t think of a single complaint about the apartment.

Host was really friendly and was kind enough to let us check in earlier than expected/drop our bags off earlier than expected. The apartment is fantastic, all the furnishings seemed good quality. Everything was clean. Bathroom fittings etc were great. WiFi was fast and stable. Having the balcony with a view of the mountains made for a great view when having breakfast/food. Lots of blankets for cold evenings, lots of windows for ventilation. Lots of plugs/sockets for electrical devices. Plenty of cutlery, plates, space in the fridge.

Single beds felt a little small and the biggest bedroom had a slightly odd smell. Also, neighbours above could be noisy in the morning (think they had at least one kid who likes to run around), and one of the bedroom has a window facing out to the street/football stadium, so it could be loud at night sometimes, especially when you have to keep the window open.

If you are with car, 5 minutes walk there is big free parking. Very good communication and very helpful host.

Location was good, apartment size was perfect for our family. Good WiFi, smart TV, kitchen good size, two bathrooms a bonus with family. Nice size pool but strictly for swimming only.

Nice size pool but no one monitoring who is accessing - complex was mainly residential with many of the residents being holiday company reps who insisted on drinking with glass bottles, very loud with no consideration for other users (particularly families with children); those that were living there seemed to invite their friends over to use the facilities. While there was a caretaker there (Antonio), he only seemed interested in quoting the rules of the pool to families (i.e. no jumping, no ball games (despite the pool being empty of others!), no inflatables, etc.). Rules are perfectly acceptable but this individual seemed afraid to confront the groups of adults instead choosing to verbally attack and threaten my 10 year old son instead (and other family groups too). My son was so upset by the last interaction that he was reluctant to go to the pool. I contacted the host via text as instructed but received no response. We found alternative accommodation (not easy in peak season) as our holiday would have been ruined otherwise. I don't think this property was described adequately; three floors up (no lift), noisy neighbours, very noisy on street side with traffic, etc., and I feel completely let down by the host. The only further communication received was 'What time do you plan to leave tomorrow?" having previously asked if a late checkout was possible and guess what - no answer to that either.. The electrics were a constant worry - loose sockets, light switches not working.
