Central location with great character. Great price for rooms and food and drink. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

Car parking was very secure but a little difficult to find and could be tricky to park depending on size of vehicle.

Beautiful rustic style interior. friendly staff and very nice spa area with finnish sauna, turkish bath, jacuzzi etc...

Hard to park there so you need to pay for their parking which is reasonably priced. You need to take some complements for the spa and we could not access the spa despite having paid for it for not knowing

The cathedral was beautiful and so was the train ,that is a must.

Due to covid,the breakfast was not good coffee was quite bad, the bed fabulous and the pillows.

The location is great. Staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too hard for my liking.

None of the staff spoke English despite what it said on the website. (I do speak Spanish but not fluently). Therefore they couldn't explain what the €3 "breakfast" consisted of (tea/coffee, cereal, toast) or that you could 'upgrade' to a €6 breakfast that would have included cheese, scrambled eggs etc. Our booking included use of the Spa for an extra €4. Not all of the Spa equipment was working and looked like it hadn't worked for some time. Luckily we brought our own towels with us as there was no one there to give out hotel towels, welcome us or give advice about what was available etc. In one of the Saunas there were ants swarming around the door. Parking costs €10 per night, which wasn't advertised on booking.com. The receptionist suggested we park behind the hotel for free. This was a nightmare as the lane behind the hotel was so narrow we almost lost our wing mirrors. Going by the various scrapes on the wall, many cars had! There was an option of menu del día for €10,90 which we opted for on our 1st night. The receptionist had assured us there was a vegetarian option available as I am vegetarian. The waiter, who also turned out to be the chef, spoke no English, so after a brief conversation I ended up with a main course of grilled courgettes and aubergine and a postre/sweet of cheese and bread! This hotel is meant to be 4 star. Even by Spanish standards this too generous in my opinion.

Location is good. Rooms have plenty of space and comfortable.

Car parking is far from property and uncomfortable to move. Staff is not gentle at all. I left this place and move to other hotel after one day.

For the price this place is very good! Rooms are very clean and spacious. Definitely should take the spa including.

Staff should be more trained how to speak English as in the restaurant the waiter had trouble to explain what was on the menu.
