La ubicación del hotel es muy óptima, se puede ir andando tanto al centro de la población como de la estación de tren, además de que en la zona se puede aparcar sin problema.
Los espacios en general son correctos y modernos para el confort, y el desayuno variado.
Para un finde suficiente.
La ventana de la habitación 702 está fatal, tiene dos manetas porque una de ellas ayuda a que no se introduzca aire exterior en la habitación ya que la principal no funciona.
Los ascensores no es que sean de lo mejor (estuvimos esperando como 15min para poder bajar desde el 7º, al final tocó hacerlo por las escaleras).
El día del check-in nos atendió en recepción una trabajadora rubia muy impertinente y nada agradable en sus contestaciones (se le notaba que no quería estar ahí).
En general muy caro para lo que es.

El personal era muy atento y amable, el desayuno buffet la verdad que bastante completo, la ducha con muy buena presión de agua y no se salía el agua.

Hotel was great. Arrived very late at night due to delays. Night porter was fantastic got me checked in and helped with getting car in the garage.

I loved this place. It seems like a lot of hotel for the money. Underground parking is available, all the staff are great, the room perfect, the restaurant offered a fixed price meal that was excellent, breakfast was good. I loved the place.

We like heritage hotels and often use Paradors when travelling in Spain so whilst The Castillo de Ayud is a good representative of modern inner city hotels, it cannot be compared with the Parador hotels.

super nice and helpful staff, all 4 we met during our stay. the location was perfect for what we were looking for, between the train station and city center. cleanliness can also be mentioned among positives.
our night spent at the hotel was horrible, as the soundproof was very poor and we could hear everything happening all around us, including people talking loudly on the corridor and being very careless at 5am and later.
