Personal sehr freundlich beim Empfang und Service, gute Lage, das erste Zimmer mit Badewanne konnten wir tauschen und bekamen ein Zimmer mit Dusche. Das war wesentlich besser, weil mein Mann gehbehindert ist. Gutes Frühstück.

Me gustó todo. La habitación era amplia y tenía todo que se esperaba en un hotel de esta categoría. El personal tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante nos trato muy amable y servial. Las camas eran muy comodas y el desayuno por nada más que 10 € fue muy bien. En total me gustó mucho y si estoy por la zona volveré.

El baño con bañera y la habitación me parece más de tres estrellas que 4 estrellas. Pondría plato de ducha y un mobiliario acorde a la 4 estrellas.

The location and buildings were awesome. Fantastic view of the church from our bedroom window which was beautifully illuminated at night. Particularly liked how the architecture of the monastery was preserved and incorporated into the restaurant. Very impressive.

The underground car parking facility was across the road from the hotel. Access was a little problematic, especially when it came to leaving as the remote control failed to work so my car was totally stuck behind a solid metal barrier - and we had a ferry to catch at Bilbao so time was a little tight. Eventually the hotel staff sorted the problem out and we were able to leave.

We liked the beautiful renovated monastery facilities.

Really everything was good, if I have to say anything at all, maybe it will be that better pillows would be a plus!

It's just a great place to stay. The situation is perfect as it is easy to find with good secure parking for motorcycles and easy car parking. Every member of staff were very pleasant and helpful including the restaurant. The restaurant serves excellent food and is well priced. The building itself is a very attractive construction and well looked after. I had a single room which was very well layed out and was very comfortable and so was the bed. Finally the area is clean, tidy and has numerous bars and eateries very close.

Parking for motorcycle was high on priorities for me and everything about the Hotel was first class. Sadly the restaurant was closed for a private function. I can fully recommend staying at the hotel. 5 stars from me.

Sandra, the receptionist, was the most efficient and friendliest receptionist I have ever met, fantastic. The evening meal was good quality at a very good price.

Very good location. Free underground parking close by. Fabulous restaurant with best value and highest quality dinner menu of whole three week trip to Spain. Highly professional staff. Would have stayed longer but unfortunately hotel was fully booked.
