The location was excellent along with an incredible staff. Kiera at the front desk went above and beyond. Luca was fantastic helping with breakfast every morning and was very attentive. loved the fact that we could get our water bottles refilled at all hours. The decor of the hotel was so magnificent. We would definitely stay again. Unbelievable value!

The shower configuration was hard to maneuver since the tub was so narrow. could have used a ramp into the hotel.

The location is great, so is the staff, breakfast, and overall stay. It was really very nice and cozy room.

The shower was very small and there was no place you can put soap/shampoo rather than on the floor.

Good location, amazing building, cute and spacious room, nice bath tub.

We stayed at Annex and the room was a bit far from the main building. Since we had to leave the very oversized keys to the main building every time, it was not so convenient. Also breakfast was in the main building and not delivered to the room upon request. Bath tubs plug was broken and we asked the staff to replace it. However it was never replaced even though we were told they would inform housekeeping to do so. We had to put on extra effort to fill water in. Since bath tub itself was nice, it was rather disappointing. Moreover, cleaning was not up to scratch. Floor wasn’t so clean and used coffee pack was left in the coffee machine… The breakfast is good, but the restaurant was very small and would not accommodate all guests , not so comfortable to eat as tables were very close each other.

We loved the style of the hotel and the room (the room was fantastic, the desk, the bed and the old-fashioned bathroom were a great combination between fancy and comfortable). You can tell the designer cares about details. The location was also a highlight as well as the kind staff!

If for you breakfast means a coffee and a Cornetto (or small panino) the breakfast is too expensive. You can find better deals one or two blocks away. The staff was amazing but something you need to know is that this hotel is about a relax experience, a vacation, not a marathon. The personalized attention was AMAZING for us but we did saw some people a little bit anxious due to having to wait a little bit for their turn.

The photos really do not do this hotel justice, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff, when we return to Florence this is where we will stay.

I honestly couldn’t fault the hotel for the price of the room.

Perfect location, walking distance to all the major sites but far enough away from the duomo that there aren’t crowds of people right outside the door. Beautiful classic interior with modern amenities and the staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. We got to listen to music two of the nights from the MusArt festival held in the piazza right outside which was an added bonus.

A beautiful old building in a fantastic location. 7min Wala to the Duomo. The rooms are big enough and comfortablez the breakfast is dicent. This was a good choice when compare to other hotels near by.

The air conditioner was a little weak (For July), The bathroom was a little small and the 🚿 was not so comfortable.

This is a wonderful small hotel, full of history and character. It features every modern convenience, has exceptionally helpful staff and is in a great location in relation to the historic centre and the train station.

A little more storage and a slightly bigger bathroom wouldn't go amiss.

The room is well decorated, staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Very good location.

Breakfast is of extremely poor quality ( ham wet with brine from the package) , kraft type cheese ( in Italy !! country of cheeses) , orange juice was colored sweet water, etc

Bed height is 1m05 , ( need of a ladder) , my room HAD NO CHAIR to sit, ( I had to claim a chair from the reception , who obviously expects you to sit on the 1m05 bed, or on the floor) , no place to open a suitcase( in the bathroom, I could) etc Very incompetent staff
