How kind everyone was at the front desk. I had more chats with Ivonne, she was really kind, and ready to help, always with a smile. And Santi, I only saw him once but gave me an idea of places to visit, and little local history.

No coffee machine in the room, no refrigerator, and the breakfast was simple, with just a few choices.

The staff is very welcoming, I received a city map and a few tips how to get around. The hotel is surrounded by caferias to get some coffee/breakfast. Its also 2 mins walk from the Corte Inglés.

The hotel is located 15-20 mins walk from the old town, however if you take a bus (its only €1.2 per a ride), you get there in less thabn 10 mins. I believe its a bit a expensive but considering the high season it’s expected. The wi-fi connection was breaking sometimes.

Nice place, it was clean and convenient. They changed towels every day and bed once in 3 days. I didn’t hear my neighbors, only when they closed the door loudly.

I booked a room with 2 beds and asked if windows will face to the back yard. Hotel replied that every 2-beds-room faces to the back yard. In fact my room had windows to the busy street. It was pretty noisy even during the night. The rest was good, I can only notice they don’t give disposable sleepers) And personal don’t speak English, or speak very poor) Although it’s a touristic city and English is not that hard to learn) And view from the window was of an abandoned destroyed building:( No charm at all.

The room could have been cleaner. No major issues but an odd spider web here and there.

The girl at the front door was the best. The hotel is small but super new and the room was very comfortable

It’s a little far from the night scene but easy to handle

It's a business hotel, however the receptionist was really helpful and very pleasant. There was good bicycle storage in the basement. It was all you need in an overnight stay.

Good beds. Personal was ready to help, even if they don't speak English and we don't speak Spanish. Also, we were able to leave our baggage after check-out while we did some sightseeing.

There was mold on the ceiling, due to a humidity.
