The room was nice with a decent view. The staff were nice and accommodating.

The room smelled a bit weird. The bathroom did not smell good (like old p..).

The hotel was not geared up for accepting guests during lock-down. The rooms had no back-up lighting and the communal areas were dim, which resulted in my mother falling and seriously injuring herself in the basement. The step in question was poorly lit, had no handrails at all, and no markings. While the hotel manager took her to the accident and emergency clinic, he showed no interest in her condition when she checked out, and failed to provide me with basic information that I requested of him.

The staff were excellent

The specific room we had booked with ocean view and hot-tub was not available due to double booking. We got an apartment with a hot-tub in stead in a nearby complex, however the staff forgot to mention the nightclub that was located just next by with was playing loud music for open windows all night.

We had an amazing experience at your hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I particularly appreciated the labels on everything in the room - it made finding things so much easier. We also loved that there were plenty of places to hang wet towels, which is a thoughtful touch that isn't always available in hotels. The hotel's location is perfect, as it's walking distance to all the great restaurants. The view by the pool - wow! It was absolutely stunning, and I enjoyed sipping on delicious strawberry daiquiris while taking it all in. Thank you for making our time at your hotel so memorable! We can't wait to come back and stay with you again.

We had an amazing overall experience during our stay at your hotel. However, I wanted to share two suggestions that could benefit the hotel. Firstly, we noticed that while showering, water would leak onto the floor by the toilet. It wasn't a major issue, but it could be addressed to improve the overall guest experience. Secondly, we found that the pillows provided were not the most comfortable. Investing in better quality pillows could make a huge difference in the quality of sleep for guests. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort of the hotel staff in making our visit a memorable one.

LOAD SHEDDING!!! the hotel SHOULD HAVE A GENERATOR!!! If we had known there was no generator we would not have gone! it is very inconvenient and don’t expect to have to put up with sitting in the dark in your room with no air con no fridge, no light, no TV for large parts of the day and night. It is totally unacceptable. We are on holiday!

We ended up in a room across the road from the main hotel. We didn’t use the pool (which was in full view of the road) as we would have had to run across the road in our swimming costumes. I’ve never been to a decent hotel where you are told you can only have 1 cold plate from the breakfast buffet with 2 slices of toast, 2 pieces of meat and 1 slice of cheese and 1 hot plate of food. Written on the menu and reinforced by being told! It was the way more expensive than anywhere else we stayed in 2 weeks touring South Africa and half as good.
