Die Unterkunft ist klassisch toskanisch und der Ausblick phänomenal- es war zwar immer ein wenig Geräuschkulisse vorhanden aber das mag an dem alten Gebäude liegen. Sonst stellt man sich eigentlich genau auf so eine romantische traditionelle Ausstattung ein, wenn man in die Toskana fährt.
Achtung: Was nicht ideal war, dass es im Vorhinein nicht kommuniziert wird, dass man nur 45min exklusiv den Pool benutzen kann, das SPA ist auch nicht inkludiert und kostet 25€ pro Tag. Ist kein Problem per se aber sollte vielleicht vor der Buchung kommuniziert werden.

Both restaurants were huge disappointment. Food was expensive but tasteless.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Radda und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön, das Bad neuwertig und modern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir waren als Deutsche die Exoten, weil das Hotel vorwiegend von Engländern und Italienern aufgesucht wurde, was uns gewundert hatte. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Restaurants waren ein Besuch wert. Für uns ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir waren 9 Tage dort.
Da gibt es von uns keine Kritik, weil unsere Erwartungen übertroffen wurden.

Amazing location in the hills of Tuscany. The breakfast was amazing with a beautiful view, friendly staff and great facilities.
We had one large double bed and a single bed - the single bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was large and the bed comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and dinner in the restaurant was very good. Radda is a very charming town with beautiful views of the vineyards.
There is a bar nearby that plays loud music every night we were there. Our rooms were right above it the first night and the party didn’t end until after 2am. Thankfully, the hotel staff were able to move us to another building away from the noise.

Loved the hotel and the location, thought it was perfect and the staff were great. We also ate in one of the hotel restaurants and it was delicious. Our room was huge and very clean.
Slightly annoying having the book the pool/spa - seemed unnecessary.

The location was good and the staff was really friendly and nice
The breakfast was mediocre, use of indoor pool and outdoor pool was charged at €26/usage. The indoor pool was cold and the space was not clean, the outdoor was also dirty and no sign of robes. The hotel also charged for extra bath towel despite .y family noting it was me, my partner and our 3 year old daughter. We got 2 bath towels and was charged for the 3rd!!!!

It was well positioned in the centre of the village.
There was a really good new shower too.
The aircon was noisy and made strange sounds when on.

I loved the private swimming pool in an old arched room! And the bed was very comfortable. And the shower was nice and the bathroom was very warm and nice. The breakfast spread was amazing with so many choices! And the view made me just want to fling open the shutters and stare for hours! 😃👏

My stay was fantastic but only for 2 nights. I was researching hotels and cycling in the area. Radda is a great village to be based in. I wish I had more time at the hotel where I could have explored the pool/spa areas but it was late October. I plan on using this hotel in the future for our cycling groups.
