Our stay was very nice. We loved the spacious room with the skylight. It had a cute window to look out overlooking Tuscany, which was amazing in the mornings. We did one day for a couple hours in the spa, which was very enjoyable. The prices to get services were expensive, so we passed on that. We love doing spa treatments while on vacation but the prices could have been much more affordable or they could have offered a spa package. The breakfasts were top notch with many options with fresh juices, great coffee, breads and cakes, fresh fruit and salmon. Dinner was very nice and the dinner staff were very friendly. It would have been nice to have a coffee station in our room to make our morning coffee. I’m an early riser and nothing is open in the hotel until 8am, including surrounding areas. The front desk staff were friendly but could have been much more helpful and accountable. We went to the desk asking about winery tours and tastings and they told me I needed to call. Most hotels in Italy have always helped to set these up for us, as we don’t have international call option, nor do we speak much Italian. Overall it was a lovely stay and above average hotel for the price, but these little suggestions would make it better in our opinion.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, in a nice small typical Tuscan town. Lots of dining options in the area. Enjoyed the stay.

Lovely place to stay in Radda! Wonderful and attentive service, nice rooms and a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed our visit here and our stay!

Great hotel. Located in a special vilage with very good restsurant. The upgraded room was somthing from another kingdom.

The hotel was great!! Tuscany Charm at its best. The staff was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff were very helpful.

We loved the hotel , Clean and very unique. Bathroom was new ,impeccable sheets and comfortable bed. Restaurant in site amazing . Strongly recommend.

The hotel it’s a great value centrally located. Their spa is not included and you have to pay a discounted rate for guests to enjoy the sauna etc. ( I think it should be included ) A small ( but pricey ) misunderstanding happened where they provided a card where you can taste wines from an automatic machine. The attendant said: “here is your card with $150 of credit to enjoy our wines” At check out we were charged for the wine we had. And they told us that it was not a credit but just a card to consume and to keep track of what you drink. Other than that a great option while staying in Tuscany.
