Personale gentilissimo, colazione buonissima e posizione incredibile sulla terrazza mascagni. Provate l aperitivo al tramonto

Chi dice che il palazzo ha bisogno di una rinfrescata è vero, non è perfetto e risente degli oltre 100 anni ma va bene così, lo charme è di altri tempi.

Topper per un letto da regina!

Colazione molto ricca, tuttavia alcuni prodotti li ho notati solo lasciando la sala in quanto erano posti su dei tavoli laterali e pertanto non perfettamente visibili. Migliorerei l'esposizione dei prodotti per persone intolleranti/allergiche al glutine

Struttura molto bella e imponente affacciata sulla Terrazza Mascagni. Hall molto grande e anche la camera spaziosa per essere stati in quella classic. La colazione è abbondante sia la parte salata che dolce.

I dettagli nel complesso non sono ben curati, phon mal ridotto, maniglia delle doccia rotta. Non c'è nulla di eccezionale che lo faccia sembrare un 5 stelle.

Nothing everything was great , beach and city wasn’t what we expected but hotel was amazing

Started off with the girl at the desk calling us a cab to go to the city center. The cab driver who spoke good English took us to a remote grocery store and all of the sudden couldn’t speak English. Charged us 34 euro to bring us back. Totally ripped us off. The hotel could care less. On a good note the restaurant was fantastic but they clearly do not like Americans there.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown GH Palazzo Suite & SPA.

Some things probably need some maintenance

I love staying at the GH Palazzo. It was quite and restful. The staff is friendly and helpful. I spend most of my days lazing at the pool on the top floor. Although it was full I never felt crowded. I never had any breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food. I like the fact that the restaurant at the pool functioned separate from the hotel and you settle the bill as you make use of their services. This avoids a surprise bill when you leave.

Sea View for the room was great.

Hotel is very dirty. A specialy bathroom. It was ugly dirty ! There is almost nothing to do in this hotel. Only small pool at top floor. I was hope to use gym, but it is very difficult becouse aircondition is not working there and there is aprox 30 C. And very wet from Spa next door.

The ‘grandeur’. But above all: Andrea, the ‘parking man’! What a nice guy. Thanks Andrea for helping us to decide where to eat.

The location and views were great, the beds and pillows were so comfortable .

The pool hours were short

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was lovely - unheated but very refreshing on a hot day. There was an excellent choice for the buffet breakfast. Our room was a good size. Although we had a room overlooking the main road to the front of the hotel we weren't disturbed by traffic noise. The air conditioning was effective.

Restaurant was very expensive but otherwise we liked everything. Just to note that the hotel is some way out of the town centre which was fine for us but might not be for everyone. There are buses running past the hotel though.

The rooftop pool was amazing to relax at. Rooms were so clean, large, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A great place to stay before a flight out of Pisa airport. Highly recommend, would stay again. Breakfast was also amazing.

Staying in one and only 5-star hotel in Livorno, deciding last-minute, arriving after midnight to the old, but well reconstructed, Palace by the sea, being checked-in by a welcoming FO Night Manager, having upgrade to the one of the most fantastic rooms I’ve seen in my life: with huuuuge balcony, overlooking sea, ships, Terrazza Mascagni, Lighthouse far away… having gorgeous breakfast with a variety of choices for every taste, then having a quick dip in the rooftop pool. Was I dreaming? Seems like that. Definitely the best option in Livorno (also with a gym). Thank You, Grand Hotel Palazzo, for your hospitality and amazing memories!

The hotel was amazing,but the most outstanding was the kindness and helpfulness of the colleague Alessia. During our travels so far, we haven’t meet such as a cute person at the reception.

Restaurant , personal very disorganize and inappropriate how they treat the gust , they focus only on the local people with a big group avoiding the guest coming from ashore , quality of the food , waiting time .

Good breakfast plenty of choice.Location superb.

The hotel was beautifully appointed, and has been sympathetically kept up to date with gorgeous en-suites and sumptuous beds. Our room was extremely spacious and elegant without feeling austere or overdone.

Whilst the buses are regular, during the day. A zip to the town centre for restraurants (14 stops) or to get to the station, is a little more hit and miss in the evening. Probably a 20 min brisk walk, if you’re not exhausted from your sightseeing.

We felt completely looked after in this hotel. all your needs are catered for. very clean. very good value for money, we felt like millionaires. very big room and huge bed, very nice marble bathroom and bath. Tv with restaurant menu on. double aspect windows so lots of light. restaurant and bar and infinity pool on the top floor which were wonderful. lift to all floors. staff extremely helpful and friendly. spa on the lower ground floor that we didn't get chance to use (at an extra cost). we would definitely stay here again.

Location and very friendly parking care taker

In booking stated price, it was indicated that it included taxes and charges. The check-in staff did not agree and made us pay for a local taxe of 4.5 euros. When I arrived in the evening I indicated at check-in that I needed an invoice at check-out but the man at the desk in the morning said that my file in their computer was closed and it was impossible to give me a bill. But under my firm insistence and then anger that he finally gave me one.
