Had a short stay in Livorno to visit the town and rest after a ferry trip from Corsica, and this was just perfect ! The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located. We enjoyed visiting the little Venice district and eating at a seafood restaurant recommended by the host.

Lovely room with plenty of space and TV with Netflix. Staff were super helpful and friendly providing good recommendations.

The parking is included and just a few meters away from the entrance. The location is excellent, in 10-15 minutes you'll find plenty of food options and city highlights.

no breakfast, room was a little dirty and with little scratches on the surfaces, but A/C and wifi worked well enough. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but it was ok. Location was decent, the parking across the street is convenient but it was not free, I had to pay about 6 euros for leaving my car only overnight.

Spacious Rooms, tasteful Interior and situated quiet yet rather central

The room is pretty big and clean. Having breakfast at the cafe near by is nice and the price is reasonable. The host is kind and helpful.

The property has no elevator and the room is quite dark because there is no ceiling light.

Nice old building, tastefully decorated large rooms with high ceilings and boutiquey touches. Bed comfortable. Shower ok (we were in "Madrid"). Large wardrobe for clothes. Bottled water. USB plugs on bedside lamps and in bathroom, very useful. There is paid parking across the road, very reasonable at €2 per night.

Arriving later than 9pm seems to be a problem for the owners, even though they live in the apartment across the hall! my husband drove like a maniac to get there as quickly as possible as we were made to feel arriving late was not an option! My husband had stayed here before and said the girl who checked him in was very good, gave him lots of information. Maybe for this reason it was not repeated. I found out the next morning (when husband remembered) that there is a communal kitchenette with large fridge. We had to ask about breakfast (a B&B without breakfast!) but the owner was not very enthusiastic and said for €3 pp they can give us a token and we can go to the bar downstairs and have a coffee, croissant and juice - but we may as well just get what we want on our own (and she did not mention the kitchen that had coffee makers, although I didn't see any coffee!). There was no kettle or tea/coffee maker in our room as listed on the booking, possibly this is a Covid 19 measure, but if so this needs to be made clearer on the facilities section.
