rooms were a little small for the money but that’s just down to location

We stayed last day of season before closing hotel until March 2023 and our accommodation was upgraded to the comfortable room in Regina Elena hotel. So, we didn’t have experience in Elena dépendance.

This hotel was the perfect location on the beech. Dog freindly the rooms were well equipped lovely shower very clean. Our balcony was sea view. The beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again. The staff and the barman were all helpful freindly and they even had a gift bag for the dog.amazing thank you. Also the self service underground garage was amazing very clever.

A unbelievably perfect stay - such an incredible location nudged between downtown Sta Margherita & Portofino not to mention it legit is on the beach front with PRIVATE HOTEL ONLY ACCESS!!! Countless amenities that were so amazing: decedent breakfast, breathtaking room views, rooftop pool & spa, parking options, in room mini bars, and so so much more. EXCELLENT service: we booked last minute on a whim after deciding that we hadn’t had enough time in town & got the last room. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and treated so wonderfully it felt like staying at the Four Seasons. 10/10 recommend - don’t waste another moment & book. Then get ready to be blown away!!

tired and dated apart from the shower. Very basic and the bed was hard with clear body dips so mattress was old. breakfast was basic. not worth the price but it is an expensive town

I stayed at Regina Elena with my grandmother, and staff was so helpful and kind to support my grandmother. The facility is very close to the beach and there's a lift from the hotel to the beach which is veri comfortable for who has mobility problems like my grandmother . Staff in the restaurant and at the bar are all very professional and kind. Always happy to smile and stop for a little chat with you. I lost my sunny and staff looked for them all around the beach and brought back to me. It's has been an amazing stay at regina Elena. I will definitely come back. Good job guys

The room was clean with a great balcony area

Perhaps we didn't read the property details properly but we didn't realise our room wasn't in the main newer part of the hotel and it was pretty basic.

Good and generous breakfast. Convenient parking.

The room was small with only one little window. It is strange to stay next to the hotel's main building that seems so grand, and realize that the annex is very different. Dark room and funny smell in the corridor.
