Size of room, bedding(excellent) parking, breakfasts, space within hotel

Noise from adjacent rooms and outside lifts, breakfast server (male) with attitude problem.

Good location not far from Valencia. Easily reachable by public transport (20mn by bus). Nestling in a natural setting, on a golf course. Close to the beach (incl. nudist part if walking far enough). Interesting building architecture which is well suited and integrate with the surrounding nature. Large comfortable rooms with terrace and garden or sea/golf course view, bathroom with bathtub, coffee and tea facilities. Restaurant and Pool are ok

Beach and sea not very clean due to the proximity of Valencia’s harbour. Breakfast could be improved as it lacks variety and there is no fresh vegetables. In contrast lot of pastries are available. The staff at breakfast is somewhat disorganised. The overall look and decoration of the interior is a bit basic and leave room for redesign. Pool and garden could also benefit some redesigning and upgrading.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym facilities are excellent. Food is good.

Service in the clubhouse/bar and breakfast room is very slow. The staff clearly need training. The pool area could do with been updated. I appreciate that it is in a national park but more money could be spent to provide more comfortable beds with mattresses. It lacks the 5 star experience. It would be worth managements while to look at other 5 star hotels for inspiration i.e. Hotel De Mar Gran Melia in Majorca or Gran Hotel Miramar in Malaga.

The isolation. We woke up at 6:30 in the morning by a couple of trucks unloading goods from the hotel.

scruffy, uninspiring, tired

Room beautifully designed, came with a covered balcony, clean, fantastic view and quiet. The spa was wonderful!

The restaurants could be warmer, i.e. redesigned to be more modern. The restaurant staff was not very competent. The food was not up to standard.

Location and golf great. Food was great.

Beds were like rock. Air con was set to heat. Even the staff couldn't alter it. Building lacks any feeling. Needs plants inside to soften it up and make it feel welcoming.

The grounds. Access to the beach.

In room service was a disastrous user experience. Managment need to review this.

when checking out we were told we should of given our 15% voucher on entering the dining room. Therefore she said we should of read the small print on the back of the voucher and was quite abrupt and would not accept it. It was accepted at one of the other paradors when we checked out. Other then that we enjoyed our other 2 stays at the other 2 Paradors. Hopefully we will stay at more of your Paradors when we return from Ibiza to England on 5th -18th November

The location which is excellent. The service in the restaurant for dinner was professional and correct. The boy vigilating the pool was professional and friendly.

The room was not well cleaned. There was sand on the floor in the room and in the balcony. There was dirt next to the WC. There was dust on the desk in front of the bed. Probably the room was not used for some days or weeks.

Great location, great architecture. Also dogs were allowed in the hotel which was really nice. Green area around. At the nearby kind of camping installation we could rent bicycles. That is really a must.... great, exploring the "huertas" and the lake with the rice around by bicycle and later using the streets in the forest near the beach with special bicycle trials.

Staff was fantastic and really helpful, but it would add to their service to rent bicycles. Also, serving a real espresso instead of a kind of coffee would be great.

We asked for a checkout 20 mins after 12 instead of 12. Absolutely a no go Breakfast outside smell of sewage Swimming pool area more in place at campsite
