Lekker bed, het eten in het restaurant op de bovenste etage is superlekker en vlakbij het frisotheater om naar de tocht te kijken.
De airco werkte niet, in de kamer was het ruim 20 graden en dat is met een warm dekbed iets te veel.
De camera van de parkeerzuil was in werking hoewel de slagboom open was waardoor de app van easypark een betaalde parkeeractie starte.

We enjoyed the room facilities, comfortable bed and overall cleanliness of the hotel and hotel room.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the parking is far from the hotel so carrying your luggage gets heavy.

We, family of three, actually had two intertwining rooms with two bathrooms at our disposal. Very spacious for three people. We enjoyed this very much. Breakfast was excellent and special in the Easter weekend. Staff was very friendly.

The staff were very helpful
It’s a bit big and soulless. The rooms need upgrading. There were gouges and marks on the desk area and coffee cup rings on the window sill. There were fingerprints all over the glass table. The hair dryer was pointless and had a big crack on it. The restaurant though nice was expensive and there wasn’t any where else in the vicinity that you could have gone elsewhere. It could have done with a gym or a pool something that you could do at night. as I mentioned the staff were lovely but not for me sorry.

Friendly service, efficient check in and check out. We visited over Easter and the small bag of chocolate eggs upon checkout was a sweet gesture.
A modern lobby and room, although certain parts of the room are seemingly getting dated(switches, minor finishes). Overall though, excellent value for money.
Not a fan of the open shower design, usually get a bit of water outside the "shower" area. The location is a bit of a walk to the city centre if that's something that matters. We were fully aware of the distance.

The view is fantastic! The room looks so luxurious with a high ceiling and large windows to admire the city.
I was on the 10th floor and I could hear people walking on the 11th floor.

Amazing place! Since you arrive the staff makes you feel welcome! Breakfast was delicious. Totally would stay again. And love the Friesian horses in the lobby, that was the best!
Beds where a small and mattress was to soft.
