De zeer persoonlijke ontvangst. Hartelijk en gastvrij, tips voor bezienswaardigheden. het gebouw is werkelijk prachtig en met met behoud van details heel aantrekkelijk verbouwd. Veel leuke en originele details. Ook in het Grand Cafe fijne en persoonlijke bediening, mooie kaart en lekkere wijn. Sfeervol. Thee en koffie kun je maken op de kamer.

Het enige dat ons tegenviel was de kamer (De Luxe). Donker en somber (beetje gedateerd). Er kan geen raam open, iets waar wij altijd opletten en wat in een oud gebouw meestal just dik in orde is. Ik miste een nachtkastje. Best onhandig. De badkamer is niet verwarmd en is koud en blijft lang vochtig.

Location. Great breakfast and Grand cafe is lovely.

When I booked the description was a converted post office. We were put in a newer addition and basically in the basement. Also, when I asked about the gym was told only open for personal training sessions. A sign also said they offered messages and I was told not now.

The room was nicely designed and the bed was comfortably and over all nice and clean. The small issue that maybe was a little annoying was the location of the room. Right next to the service entrance where trucks started arriving at 06.46 am and yelling good morning RIGHT outside my window at street level.

Parking. That has to be explained better in the advert that parking is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. And you have to use a public charging station for your electrical car.

The history of the building was used to its best while still giving a super level of comfort. Excellent location to all the city has to offer.

The staff was really friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful.
