The staff on this entire property was wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful too! The views were amazing.

We expected higher end rooms and amenities for the rates we were paying. The bathrooms were a bit run down(grout and tiles needed repair). The outdoor furnishings in some of the areas are very dated. We would probably try another hotel next time.

Sheets and room were very dirty. There were bugs and blood stained sheets. The rooms were not ready on time, nor was the right rooms given to the right family members.

Felt like home, cosy and quiet. breakfast was amazing staff were very nice and friendly specially Umberto. and the Conceirge was very experienced Tullia , ilaria , Matteo and Adriana were all great help. won’t forget Antonio/ mishan at the pool . thanks to all of them.

Love the property! It was beautiful. Room size was a bit smaller than what I expected but still overall lovely.

Staff was a mess. Everyone was telling us conflicting information about everything. For example we were told our room was ready and when we went up they had just started cleaning it. Then we told the front desk we had multiple reservations and that they would call a cab for us at X time. When we went down and talked to the same person they would have totally forgotten (happened 5 times) we also would tell them an hour before we needed it. Then the worst was two months in advance I had asked to make reservations at a popular restaurant and they emailed me back saying they tried calling and they were booked up. During our trip we met at least 5 couples who said that they got reservations to that exact restaurant a week prior and there hotels had got the reservation. It was our honeymoon and we really hoping to eat there. There are many more examples but the icing on the cake was regarding our ferry tickets. We were told the night before to forward our information and they would have our ferry ticket picked up for us. They the suggested that we get dropped of 15 min prior the our departure. We come down expecting that our tickets are printed and they tell us out tickets don’t require printing and we can show our email. We then proceed to our ferry and low and behold we are told we have to print our tickets. We Rub around frantically with our luggage trying to figure it out. We ended up being the last on the feeey thankfully. Again these are few of the many examples what we went through with that staff.. the only good thing was the driver! He was helpful and great! For the price of this place and the ratings I expected way more. Won’t be staying here when we return
