The location was perfect within walking distance to the marina and the main square, fantastic views, Jacopo could not do enough for us he was so helpful and available to reach by message/call whenever. We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to others staying in Sorrento like we currently are.

Nothing! Just be aware to get to main square there is quite a few steps so just to be aware for footwear or to allow enough time.

Cleanliness and hygiene in room. Including a shower with good water pressure and an A/C that works in the heat.

The room size was ok and the pool and other facilities are not worth it.

The location was very good and the staff is very friendly. Both brothers were super helpful and friendly.

This is not a hotel, it is more like a B&B. Wifi was very inconsistent. Not very clean in general. They did not change our towels nor did we get new soap after the room was done. We had to manage with a little soap and had no one to ask since the staff leaves and there is NO ONE at night, you are on your own. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the conversation in the next room and outside in the breakfast area. To the owners: please take this as an opportunity to improve. I have seen that you consistently deny and try to make it seem that bad reviews belong to a different hotel. please see below pictures as proof.

it was very conveniently located, exceptionally well run and very clean and new. pool is an added bonus. The owners/managers were extremely nice.

not a lot. maybe somewhere to store clothes and/or damp towels would be nice, but I’m nit-picking. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything was amazing about Villa Patrizi. Before our arrival we communicated with Jacopo, the owner, who gave us useful instructions on how to reach the hotel. The property is very well located (not too distant from the port), a few minutes away from the famous Piazzetta . The room was really cozy, had all the necessary for a comfortable stay and it was very clean, and all the rooms have different themes, we loved the Blue Grotto room so much. The breakfast was super good - I totally recommend the delicious Caprese cake . Jacopo is such a delightful and kind person and we’re so happy we got to meet him during our trip. When we return to Capri we will be definitely staying here again.
