the staff was nice and helpful. the breakfasts were ok.

the room was run down. it was clean but overall a lot of things need fixing.

The staff were most helpful especially Juan Martin at reception.The breakfast was very good with a range of choices.The location was great with easy acces to buses and rail. There was a large supermarket nearby.

We had to change rooms because of difficulty climbing into the bath to shower but the staff didn't mind getting us another room and apologised as it wasn't as good as the first room. Breakfasts were very good and staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel could use a restaurant and a bar. There were no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room which wasn't good especially when we were trapped in the room by storm Juliet for most of two days and couldn't get a drink. Also it would have been helpful if they could have provided us with an umbrella during that time to get out for food.

Breakfast was good quality and pleasant service. The location next to trains and buses couldn’t be any closer.

The internet failed on the second day.

10 min walk from the Cathedral, park the car on a street nearby, lot of places around to shop and eat.

We have been very happy with the cleaning service.

The hotel was very well located and it was exceptional clean. The breakfast was also adequent. Can recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Please get new carpets in the rooms....the carpets have had their day.

good location and good value

I didn’t like being asked to pay for water out of the mini bar that I did not have. I explained to the receptionist that there were two bottles of water in the mini bar when I arrived and they were still there when I left . she just told me the computer said I owed the money.

Hotel position excellent. lovely big room. great blackout curtains. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Lovely and quiet especially at night.

The windows not having safety catches so had to have closed or wide open. I thought was dangerous. No plug for the sink. No tea or coffee making facilities as normal. Mini bar contained water only. Would have liked to have been able to have lock on inside of door which it didn’t have. At breakfast on first morning no interaction for the young lady even when I said bon dia.

Honestly worst hotel we stayed in on our 6 week trip and the most expensive. Absolutely not 4 star I wouldn't even give it a 2. The shower and tap flow was like 10%. Had a funny smell and was dirty and old. The whole place was run down, needs a refurbishment and updated photos because it is not what it looks like at all.

Bathroom was a bit outdated

Big room and bathroom, with balcony overlooking the main road. Good location - everything easily walkable. On a busy road but we were high up and the room was quiet. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The bath/shower was a bit temperamental and no soap on the bathroom. Carpets were a little stained.

We needed accommodation for one night near to the bus station to the airport. This hotel is perfect for that because the station is just across the street. :-) The staff was very nice and professional. We appreciate the possibility of storage the luggage before the check-in. :-)

The staff was the only positive point. First room I got had the window broken and they changed me to a second room, where toilet was leaking. they fixed it fast and were happy to help and super polite.

This hotel might have been nice 10 years ago. nowadays it aged poorly. Urgent need for new carpets, and a new cleaning team. Stains everywhere in the carpet. Dirty bathrooms. Noisy hotel. Uncomfortable beds. Bad lighting.. very disappointed. you would expect much more for that price. Pictures are far from reality.

Quite expensive for what we actually got, as the rooms are pretty dated and mediocre, had expected nicer rooms. Also, advertised with an outside terrace/garden, and not really much to write home about TBH! The location was good.

Size and quality of room was just not there!
