Location was easily accessible. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant

The only complaint is the microwave needed to be.cleaned and the freezer was frozen over so we couldn't use it

One little entry driveway to the lot that's awkward to navigate. The unexpected noise level from the street below.... need a way to drown out the drag racers... thicker curtains maybe? Got the impression the shower water was being a little restricted somehow... lower pressure or something?

Management was nice. Made sure I had everything I needed.

I liked the walk-in shower. Very nice clean rooms. However, for the price, I expected a coffee pot and a hair dryer. They had neither. They’re a little stingy on the pillows, so bring your own. They only had 3 small pillows for a king bed.

Parking was tight and seemed like a lot of foot traffic. I did not feel safe smoking in the “designated” smoking area, I just stood in front of my room with the curtain open so my husband could see me inside. However, the whole place was very well lit and had many security cameras.
