No microwave, no fridge and tv remotes didn't work.. also, cigarette burns in comforter.. friendly staff!! Basic basic room...

The room did not have a microwave or fridge like the description said it would online when I booked it. And the phone inside the room did not work at all.

Nothing… front desk attendant wasn’t even helpful and she didn’t even offer to help with my reservation

I reserved before traveling and when I got there, room wasn’t ready, I was asked to come back in 30-40 min. when I went back to front desk after time requested, my reservation was no where to be found and clerk didn’t even offer to help nor acomódate me in any room available. She just was careless about my reservation, she just said she couldn’t find it and that’s it… I’m furious

it was quiet not all that traffic. It was very excellent.

The cleaning ladies kept opening the door on us every DAY at 11. They don't respect privacy and im sure they go into your rooms when you aren't there!

Convenient and allows pets

Room was clean until bathroom, blood on floor, and housekeeping was rude , I stayed a total of almost 2 weeks , cleaned my own room and asked for late check out, office attendant said yes that's fine, but housekeeping comes along and says no I'm the manager and you cannot have a late CK out for 12.
