Great views, pool and breakfast

Thin walls and crying baby in next room

Good breakfast, very clean rooms and wonderful views.

It was a bit far away from the towns and wineries but still wonderful. There wasn’t really anybody on site but the management was very accessible, helpful and accommodating to all of our questions and needs!

There should be rules posted about respecting the peace and tranquility of other guests who are there to enjoy the serenity and beauty of Casa Miradouro!! The place is so tranquil and relaxing but in our case, ruined by excessive noise levels and dysregulated children. We highly suggest that rules be added to your property policy about noise. It was upsetting that the parents of the young children were oblivious to the other guests and allowed their children to scream and behave inappropriately in shared spaces. As a parent of 4 young adults, we understand the challenges of parenting but the noise was unacceptable! Perhaps some signs around the pool and hallways to remind guests to be respectful of other guests and to minimize noise levels would help! Not of course, the fault of the establishment-Casa Miradouro was incredible! Highly recommend it!

we were surprised at the begining to see the look of the room from the outside, but it was perfect, new, clean, privte and the view was amazing, the pool was nice for a dipp,

Immaculately clean room, with all that you would need, including a large bathroom and air conditioning at this time of the year, a very nice breakfast. Stunning view of the Douro Valley and the stars at night. Cannot compliment the staff enough, the owner was extremly responsive and helpful, we were quite needy and he helped us every way he could.

the room was organized but wasn't clean, it had hairs on the sheets and in the shower
