Gemütliches, geräumiges Zimmer mit prima Aussicht über die Stadt. Optimale Lage des Hotels zu Bahnhof und Hafen. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal.
Kleinere Schwächen in Details, so ist die Minibar im Zimmer eingeschaltet, obwohl sie nicht befüllt ist. Die Seifenspender am Waschbecken/ in der Dusche sind unbrauchbar. Wenn man ausreichend drückt, löst sich die Platte. Dazu scharfkantig! Hier sollte rasch Ersatz erfolgen.

Bedden sliepen lekker. Kamer was iets kleiner dan verwacht, maar alles was aanwezig. Handige chromecast op de tv om eigen ondemand dienst te kunnen streamen. Heeeerlijk!! ontbijt, heel uitgebreid. Vers brood, croissantjes, pannekoekjes, havermout, yoghurt, vers sapje, te veel om op te noemen. Heerlijke nespresso koffie! Ook in de lobby te krijgen overdag en vaak met wat lekkers. Alles goed geregeld. De ontbijtzaal zit wel in een hoek van het hotel zonder ramen, dus het is wat donkerder. Maar zeker een aanrader qua ontbijt, beter hebben wij nog niet gehad. We gaan redelijk vaak naar een hotel en zijn gek op het ontbijt.

Location is very good. Breakfast is fantastic. There are free water.
The water boiler was stinking, the safe was closed. Tissues are almost used up. Room services can be more careful. Otherwise no complaints.

Location is near the centre of Stavanger and it is easy to walk around. The breakfast was good and the staff were efficient.
If I am being nitpicky, the rooms were on the smaller side and the hotel bar was limited.

The breakfast was incredible and the location was the perfect place to explore Stavanger. The staff working there were really friendly, helpful and did all they could to make our stay comfortable.

located center of Stavanger. the room is quite wide, comfortable for three persons.
If we can take dinner at this hotel, it is much better after some fjord tour. but many restaurants are near here. it is easy to find delicious food.

Very delicious breakfast with sweets, hot and cold options.
Room was very good. Just a few minutes from the docks and the old town and museums.
They have luggage storage which is really helpful.
Was not shower cap in the room what could be very useful in winter time with long hair but this is a small thing only and I was very happy with my hotel choice.

The receptionist told me That my points could be added to the membership But They never did. And They told me on customer services That the receptionist told me wrong.

could not work out the coffee machines and breakfast and couldn't find anything I wanted to eat, although I was rushing so most likely my own fault.

Location is great. Walking distance to the center. Staff are super enthusiastic and helpful. Not just professional polite but really treat you like a friend.

Good hotel overall. The breakfast buffet was very good and I particularly liked that they have a coffee machine so I could enjoy real capuchino or latte. The location is very central.
The room was a bit small for two people.
No sockets near the beds.
We wanted to have dinner there once but they didn't let us in claiming that the restaurant was reserved for a particular group on that night.

Wonderful location, nice rooms and best staff! We had a wonderful time in the hotel and staff was always really helpful and really friendly.
Not really the hotel's issue, but following google maps takes you to the secondary door instead of the one by the reception. Signs at this door can help direct people to the correct door.

The breakfast was great. Anthing you can imagine. Everything was really fresh and tasty. We loved it.
No minibar in the rooms.

The room was a good size and very comfortable and the heater worked a treat when the temperature dropped. The breakfast was substantial with everything you might want (except a toaster).
We needed to go up about 8 stairs to access the lifts and similarly down 8 to access our room.
