Sentral beliggenhet. Passer for folk som liker litt liv. Festival borti gata var morsomt.
Imøtekommende personale, og god info fra resepsjon ved ankomst. Kveldsmåltid (middag) og fika/kaker og kaffe midt på dagen var OK.
Greit utvalg på frokostbuffé.
Fint m/strykejern og - brett på rommet.
Gode såpe-/shampooprodukter på badet.
Liker profilen med å begrense rengjøring på rom som skal brukes flere netter.
Kort vei til P-hus
Søppelhenting kl. 06.00 rett utenfor rommet - samt varelevering e.l. en time senere ble litt nedtur.
Minibar(kjøleskap) på rommet hadde gitt ekstra +.

Central location and nice staff
Hard to get through to the hotel parking if there is a weekend celebration, road can be closed with police officers and crowded.

Si trova sul porto, con vista eccezionale se non arrivano navi da crociera; bellissimi palazzi galleggianti, anche belli da vedere, ma...un po' ingombranti e tolgono la visuale; normalmente ripartono nel tardo pomeriggio.
L'hotel è stupendo, personale gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Camere confortevoli. Tutto efficiente e pulito.
Colazione favolosa, dolce abbondante ed assortita; salato con affettati e salmone. Varietà di verdure, frutti di bosco, frutta secca di ogni tipo, yogurt e cappuccino ok.
Cena molto gradevole.
Se non si sa che fare, consiglio un salto virtuale nel passato, grazie alla Viking house; una passeggiata tra le casine tipiche site di fronte all'hotel; una passeggiata nella strada colorata.
Nel tornare in aeroporto, di strada, una sosta alle tre spade.

The battery in my safe wasn’t working, some of the lights in the bedroom weren’t working, you’ve to ask for clean towels

The property is right opposite to the port so gives a view of the ships coming in and go. The rooms are not very spacious but clean and the staff were very friendly. So no complains. 3 meals were included and it was great. Lot of restaurants near by. We stayed there so that we could hike to Pulpit Rock and the staff have in all the info.
The rooms could have been a slightly bigger but the behaviour of the staff made it all.

Good that dinner was included, I only went to it once since I really wanted to try the fish soup so went elsewhere for that.
Being on the pier it wasn't as noisy as I had expected.
The breakfast was basic compared to another hotel I stayed at the night before. But they did offer an even more basic breakfast from 4.30am for ppl like me who have early morning activities. The rooms are a decent size so you can at least open the samsonite suitcase on the floor.

The entire hotel environment has a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are very helpful. Having a light evening meal included in the cost is a great bonus. We enjoyed walking around the harbour and seeing the different types of ships.

The breakfast was excellent. Not only that, even dinner was included in the room charge. The room rate was very reasonable, considering the location and meals included. There are tons of restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle bus stop is an easy walking distance from the hotel.
When I made the reservation from the US through Booking.com the rate quoted was in USD. However, the charge was actually in NOK. I would have used a different credit card had I known that.

Excellent breakfast, catered well for Coeliac diet, evening meal was great, food fresh and well presented. Coffee/tea and cake served in the afternoon. Location first class, all staff were friendly and informative.
Room a bit tired, damaged headboard and cabinets. spotlessly clean though.

Breakfast very good. Buffet style with cold cheeses and ham, muesli and nuts and yoghurt . Cooked choices boiled eggs, scrambled, bacon and mushrooms plus pancakes etc Fika teas and coffee in pm plus buffet meal in evening with great salads and lots of choice
Location is very convenient, outside terrace a bonus on warm evenings, but noise was a problem most evenings if you leave the windows open . However with ear plugs or windows shut, this wasn't a problem and would not put me off visiting again. Staff helpful and friendly.
