L'accueil, le stationnement facile,le calme malgré la proximité du centre-ville,le petit-déjeuner
La taille du lavabo et l'emplacement des toilettes dans la petite salle d'eau mais pour 2 ou 3 nuits ça passe.

Un échange personnalisé avec le gérant de l'hôtel.
Il nous a donné de bons conseils et simplifié nos démarches durant le séjour.
Nous avons compris que le lieux est historique car l'origine de Saumur se situe dans la commune où se situe l’hôtel et la vigne est bien mise en valeur. L'environnement ajoute une plus value à cet établissement agréable. En plus, pour nous, très bien situé car proche du départ de la montgolfière (10 mn).

Olivier the host is amazing and goes out of his way to make your stay good.
Definitely try the meal in a jar, they are great, local and healthy.
Maybe a little far out of Saumur if you are using is as a base.
Bear in mind that reception is closed during the middle of the day.

Olivier and his wife were exceptional,very friendly and helpful. The hotel was was very equipped and our room was very clean. 5 star service. Would definitely go back and also will recommend.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast met my expectations as standard French one. The host Olivier was so kind so and friendly! Last but not least, he recommended a very nice restaurant in a center of Saumur for a dinner!
The blankets were a bit thin so that it was a bit cold in the morning.

Easily accessible by car, with convenient parking.

Bathroom was a little small but I’ve stayed in worse, and what it lacked in size it made up for cleanliness.

Olivier, the host is a gem and a warm person. He gave great recommendations, was super helpful with rentals and local reservations.

The receptionist gave us a great welcome and suggested a local restaurant which was ever good. The following morning he was there to serve us breakfast and made wonderful coffee. Always chatty and a great asset to the hotel.
When we arrived in Saumur is was raining and then a heavy fog the following morning so not conducive to exploring the city. Our hotel appeared to be on the outskirts of the city and was in a very quiet area, which suited us.

Very Friendly, welcoming host, willing to help out in anyway to our needs. On-site private parking is a bonus. Accessible distances from city to restaurants and bars.

The owner allowed me to store my very expensive bicycle in the garage and a very useful option of having the key for the stay duration, this allowed me to prepare the bike in the morning before breakfast without disturbing the owner to unlock the garage, this is a priceless facility for a bike tourer, I was in transit to Spain from UK.
Lovely relaxed breakfast, room was newly refurbished and spotless.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and could not do enough to make us welcome. They even suggested places to eat when we arrived. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. When we were leaving to visit the Ackerman winery they provided us with free entry tickets and allowed us to leave our car in the hotel car park until after our visit. On the whole excellent customer service.
The room was quite small and even though the bathroom had been refurbished it was a bit cramped . Everything else was fine.

Guy who's working in the reception is fabulous. Even was happy not having WiFi in my room, because of the kindness of him.
As for the owners, you have to fix and test your wifi connection from providers in each of the room. Cause it just simply even recognised any network.

Very clean, excellent accommodating staff, for us it couldn’t have been better.
Too far into town, a minor ‘moan’ though as we had just spent 8 hours on motorbikes and were too tired to walk in.
in case you’re wondering we had a pint as soon as we got there so wouldn’t ride.

Room was lovely & comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff fantastic - nothing was too much trouble - extremely helpful with suggestions where to go & what to see.

The parking was easily accessible, right behind the hotel. The room was clean, properly outfitted, and quiet.
The room was very cramped. Also, the neighbourhood is rather uninspiring. And it is a long 25 minute walk to the centre of Saumur via some shady and unlit areas.
