only breakfast and swimming pool
room furniture design looks like my grandmother's house, very old, even found some damaged on the table, and the sliding door does not operate smoothly cause the noise.
bathroom is not clean as what i expected.

The location was very convenient.
The very strong musty smell in both rooms in floors 22 and 17. Floor carpet felt damp. Not sufficient ventilation. Room needs to have the dehumidifier. Got woken up every morning at 6AM from the devotions from the surrounding place 🙏

I actually booked hotel based on the picture shown at the booking.com page. However, I was given residences. Even though it is spacious, it created inconvenience to me due to its location.

In check out staff was rude and zero hospitality service. The photos was no were like the real place.

The hotel location is good. Connected to The Gardens Mall/Mid Valley Megamall. Also, there is a KTM LRT station (Abdullah Hukum) connected to the mall via a overhead bridge. Its convenient if you come from KLIA. The hotel room and bathroom is spacious but furniture is dated. Very powerful air-conditioning in the room.
The breakfast was disappointing. Not much selections and seems like food is not enough to serve such a big group of guests. The whole sitting area is very very humid and hot, air-conditioning is weak and no ventilation. Breakfast at hotel is as its the start of the day, it says alot if I cant stay more than 15mins to enjoy the spread.

The check-in was seamless. The staff were friendly. The amenities around the hotel was great. The room was spacious and it was how I expected it to be.

Shower panel that has risk to overturn from left to right and cause water to drop from overhead Shower.

Overall was good! We have stayed here few times over the last few years and never disappointed. We encouraged other guests to check in to this hotel whenever you travel to KL.

Closet was leaking, power points not working, unable to reach housekeeping and front desk from the room intercom. The safe was not working and had ti be replaced, not enough staff

The place is run down , the restaurant does not have a fresh feel , the air conditioning in the room is pathetic . Overall bad experience
