Distance from Airport

Distance I had to walk from elevator to room. The fact that lift was not very clearly marked as I got into a lift that didn't even go to my floor. The price was excessive I think by at least 2000 baht

Really nice hotel with a lovely entrance foyer with a nice cafe that does decent coffee & pastries, lovely outdoor shady garden pool area, spacious comfortable rooms, very comfortable mattresses, good shower, free airport shuttle.

Shower leaked a bit but a minor complaint.

Room advertised as having extra large beds but In fact was one extra large bed and a roll up bed.

Booked this property due to the location, and the brand recognition. The morning shuttle back to BKK Airport was great, the driver super helpful and friendly.

This property is SUPER tired and in need of a refurbishment. Our room was a long (long) way from the elevator - when you arrive super late and leaving early the next morning, the extra-long journey to the room was not ideal. As a couple, we were given a twin room, but given the time it took to get into the room, there was no point trying to change. Room was incredibly hot and stuffy when we arrived - like it hadn't been used in a very very long time. Took a while for the aircon to cool the room down. Overall, not what I would equate to a Novotel property.

Has a resort feel to it despite its proximity to the airport. Spa was great. The several restaurants were al good and having breakfast available at 3:00 am was a big plus for catching an early flight

It’s located at the airport and if you have to get into the city it’s a haul

Great location and services, van to airport terminals always available. One could also walk underground .I was asked if I wanted a wake up call . I did not have to request it. Many many restaurants. Copious bottles of water given . Decorated for Christmas. Very attractive interior design.

Perhaps a bit too pricey especially the restaurants. But that is the only thing. I would stay again

Die Lage zum Flughafen ist super, auch der Shuttle-Dienst ist hervorragend.

Die letzte Renovierung ist schon etwas her, die Zimmer sind schon etwas abgenutzt, das entspricht nicht dem Preis, der aufgerufen wird :(

het is echt prachtige lobby super mooi, En de kamer zijn fantastisch dat ze uitkijken in de lobby zelf. Geweldige survice met de auto naar de luchthaven gratis;) En ook fantastisch dat er borden in de gang hangen waarop je de laatste info over de vlucht kan zien, zodat je echt last minute weg kan,

Kamers zelf zijn wat verouderd en de gangen boven, het avond eten is mega duur voor Thaise begrippen. We moesten 90,- afrekenen voor 3 personen. Incl 1 drankje. het was echt het vieste van heel Thailand wat we ooit gegeten hadden. dus doe dat vooral niet, Zonde geld. (Thaise restaurant in hotel)

Obviously the closeness to the airport is great, although signs were not clear on how to get there by walking. We didn't use the shuttle. The bed was comfortable.

Old, musty smell in the common areas. In our room it was present too. For those more sensitive, it could be a dealbreaker. The place has areas that had not flowing air, and as a result created this old smell. The place needs a full renovation and upgrade. Wont be staying here again despite the convenience. Would rather stay somewhere that has a free airport shuttle next time.

Hotel muy cómodo y lujoso cerca del aeropuerto para estancias cortas. Habitación amplia. Personal muy amable.

Thought having 24 hrs to stay from check in time was great and really helped with trip planning.

Had difficulty find the off switch for some of the room lights, would be nice if porter mentioned location of light switches.
