تجمع مجمومه من نزلاء الفندق يوميا في الاستقبال وحجز طاوله لوضع طعامهم الخاص وهذا يؤدي إلى أحراج النزلاء وخصوصا النساء وكبار السن للجلوس لطلب سياره أو تخليص تعاملات مع الاستقبال (منظر غير حضاري)

قربه من مستشفى بانكوك الراحة وقربه من جميع الخدمات وحتى لو كان بعيد قليلاً من المجمعات لكن مريح حداً للإقامة

It is the best hotel to stay in if you are going to Bangkok hospital.
There was an issue with hot water, it was not available for multiple times, especially during the night. I contacted them but there were not honest with me. They told me that they are going to fix the issue within minutes but it took hours. The hotel facilities are very it should be 3 stars, not 4.

The stuff was great and helpfull for any needs, the room was compy, very close to the Bangkok hospital.
Missing lobbi, or coffe after 20:00 after the Buttercup coffe next to the hotel is close.
