The staff at the hotel is good. They helped me to treat a wound I got on the rocks by the beach. At check in they take you to your room down the hill, you can also call a car to take you upstairs. The breakfasts are good. The most important thing is that if you don't have a car or a bike, all taxi drivers know the hotel and will take you there without any questions. The beach at the hotel is not, do not get confused in the reviews, if you want to swim on the rocks okay, but in general you need to go 500 metres to coral beach to there normally swim and sunbathe. Food from delivery is brought to the room from reception. The pool is dirty. In general, the hotel needs cosmetic repair, for example, the pool - the tiles fall off, the water is murky. In general, if not for one BUT, you can put the hotel 7 stars. However: BEDBUGS!!!

My wife and I have never had bedbugs before. And the first night we didn't even realise that someone had bitten us and didn't pay much attention to any strange bugs. But the second night, it was a total horror. My wife was bitten wherever she could! I was also bitten on the third night. It is easy to realise that there are bedbugs in the hotel, there are traces of blood on the bed linen, which cannot be washed off. This we realised on our own experience. Since the linen is changed every day, you can see that every sheet is covered in these marks. This makes it clear that there are most likely bed bugs in all hotel rooms. After leaving the hotel we got horrible allergies to bedbug bites. We had to go to the hospital. Keep in mind that bed bugs can carry infections and diseases! This is not acceptable in public places. Also, I reported to the front desk, on the second day when my wife was bitten, that we had bedbugs. And by the good, we should not just do the usual cleaning, but change the bed completely. Or change rooms. You can't get rid of bed bugs just by changing the sheets or mopping the floors. You will be surprised, but these bed bugs live in the blanket and in the bed itself, as it is wooden, well and most likely in the mattress. In general, I do not recommend this hotel. It's cheap. But at your own risk. Bedbugs are hell. Here are some pictures.

L emplacement de l hotel. L hotel n a rien a proximité. Il n y a même pas de trottoir. On ne peut donc pas aller facilement au resto ou aller se faire quelques courses au 7/11. Il faut forcément prendre un taxi. Ou l hôtel à des locations de scooter directement.

Personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner en box pour un départ très tôt, voiturettes qui permettent de se déplacer facilement dans les parties communes.

Man musste einen Berg hochlaufen um zur Rezeption zu kommen was bei der Hitze sehr anstrengend ist. Jeden Tag die gleiche kleine Frühstücksauswahl und allgemein recht teuer für Thailand. Außerdem extrem außerhalb.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

The location meant that you had to have a taxi to go anywhere which is very inconvenient. The steep plot means that you have to be very agile to move around the resort. The state of the outdoor facilities such as pools were not good and need renovation, e.g. many tiles missing from the swimming pool

Die Zimmer mit Infinitypool und direkt Blick aufs Meer sind wunderschön. Die Preise der Minibar super günstig. Es gibt fürs Bett nur eine Decke.

Das Frühstück ist Unterirdisch. Fliegen in jedem Behälter, nicht frisch, lohnt sich absolut nicht. Wenn man sich außerhalb Obst und Joghurt holt, kann man ein super Frühstück im eignenen Pool genießen 🤓

Leuke alleenstaande villa's, gelegen op een heuvel. Op verzoek wordt je opgehaald met een golfkarretje tot aan de receptie. Het personeel is steeds behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en gemengd Thais en Westers.

De kamers zijn proper en verzorgd maar het algehele onderhoud van het resort laat net te wensen over. Lampen langs de paden hangen er uit, tegels liggen los etc. Hou er rekening mee dat het resort op een steile heuvel ligt, je kan aan je verblijf opgehaald worden met een golfkarretje, anders heb je steeds een stevige klim of afdaling te doen.

Schöne Anlage im Berg runter zum Meer. Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig.

Das Frühstück war sehr einseitig und es gab kein Thai essen zum Frühstück. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kein direkter Zugang zum Meer oder Strand. Ohne Fahrzeug ist man da aufgeschmissen!

The staff were lovely, friendly, and keen to help, especially Gary. The views were exceptional and the rooms surrounded by natural bush, lots of birds and squirrels. Good free shuttle bus to sister resort by the beach

Too hilly and isolated for me, I like to walk daily. I found the food and drinks too expensive. My favourite cocktail, a martini, was awful, it was made with cordial.. Lovely place just not a good option for a long stay and for someone travelling solo. Walls are paper thin, other guests very noisy. Taxis very expensive option, you need a car or bike if staying here for some freedom

The overall stay was very comfortable.The staff at the front desk to housekeeping was doing a wonderful job. Some names that may help from the resort - Khae,Shlok,Care,mahipal,Jhanvi was extra helpful.. Didn't forget the buggy driver who was very punctual

I loved the pretty views from all the rooms and the restaurant and lower pool. The leafy winding path to the rooms and the abundance of birds and lizards and the feeling of being close to nature. I liked the hot tub on the balcony and the private infinity pool in my last room. I liked the quiet ( apart from a little traffic noise heard late at night). I liked the helpful staff who were keen to get it right.

I didn't like my first room or my second. The furniture is heavy wood with these ridiculous saloon doors into the bathroom at the back. The room felt cramped, and I was only one person! Bath tubs in both these rooms were stained and dirty. The floors also. The bedroom area was clean, as were the sheets and towels. I needed to change rooms because the lock broke on the door. But there were still some issues with the second room, so the management upgraded me to a deluxe room with a pool, which was spotless and much more spacious. The AC was poor in the hot tub rooms but perfect in the last. The restaurant was very pretty and airy, but the seats were hard and uncomfortable, even with cushions. The pool bar is shut, though there's not much room to sit around the pool anyway. Sadly, the sun goes down behind the hill before 4 pm, so no late afternoon sun bathing when it's a bit cooler. It was frustrating that there was nowhere comfortable or sociable to have sundowner cocktails. The staff listened to my feedback and acted on it as best they could. The bathtub and floor were scrubbed and bleached spotless when I went back to check. The tiles are old and the grouting in need of repair, but this is obviously a more in-depth job. The resort, a clear victim of the pandemic, is obviously past its best, though the last room is testimony to the improvements and investments being done. Breakfast is quite basic with consideration to conserving waste, but it has all the essentials, including soya milk. The waitress picked up on my feedback that my tea tasted of coffee when served in a coffee pot and remembered to bring mine in a cup with a bag afterwards. They could have been more welcoming at breakfast and proactive with the hot drinks and taking egg orders and explaining it was a buffet. I ate an evening meal twice that was deliciously and freshly cooked. Just a shame there was no atmosphere, and I ate alone in the restaurant.

The property is located “on the top” of a hill, where you have an amazing view to the sea! The pool are amazing and you simply want to stay the whole day just enjoying there. the room was very clean and I loved the fact that the bathroom was so big! The whole hotel area is breathtaking! Basically inside of a jungle, so much green and amazing views. The employees are extreme friendly and did everything to make us happy!

I was just a bit disappointed with the breakfast, there were not really much options, only two type of fruits… but the restaurant is great! we ate there everyday and I highly recommend the pad Thai. You really don’t have anything around the hotel, expect for a restaurant located like 10 min by foot - the hotel could maybe organize in the future some shuttle service to the city or something like that, for example.

The property was very old, needed maintenance. When we arrived, we were placed in a different room from what we booked. Far from the reception, very badly furnished, and unwelcoming. We mentioned this to the woman at the reception and she called it an “upgrade” from the room we booked. Clearly we were put in that room as we had our backpacks with us, so we were seen as “backpackers” (even though it was our honeymoon). The new room we got, which was like the photos, had clearly been empty for months. The room was dirty, dusty, and the shower didn’t work. however, it was an upgrade from the room we initially got. We had to clean ourselves using the sink, as the hotel did not attempt to accomodate us when we mentioned the shower. However, I do want to say that they sent housekeeping to clean the room as soon as we mentioned it was dirty.
