The whole facilities of the hotel are just great. Nature, palm trees and architecture everywhere. Directly in front of the beach with an amazing pool and restaurant next to it. You can also have breakfast directly at the beach front what is the best start into your day if you ask me. This hotel deserves definitely more stars!

We were extremely disappointed. The few good things were the view from the pool and the staff. Breakfast buffet was average.

There was very little landscaping. In the entire week we were there, we never saw a person swiping leaves or maintaining the property. There was a lot of construction during our visit. Compared to other properties down the beach, this was subpar.

immaculate and such a good facility. Far enough away from the bustle but close enough to engage if you wanted to. Breakfast was awesome and so was the beach right on the doorstep.

The hotel is on the beautiful beach.. service was great.

I found taxi & transportation was expensive . So we decided to rent a motorcycle or scooter ride around... I think if the hotel provided cheaper transportation, it would be good for clients, and it would be great. 600 baht for a 5-minute ride is pricey .

Pool area was nice, pool towels changed everyday. Breakfast was good, although I did get cold poached eggs one morning, but if you ask for them hot then you get them hot, weird ! , staff very very helpful, room nice and big and plenty of shower towels, although some had seen better days.

Beach was dirty and lots of plastic and I was very disappointed that I could not walk round the bay because the sea lapped against the wall, and if you wanted to get by the sea was thigh height. All the photos I'd seen of Chewang Beach showed a big beach that you could walk along, Not the case, it wasn't just our hotel that was blocked by the sea there were other places you could only get through by wading through the sea. This was my biggest disappointment. I was so looking forward to walking along the beach, finding a little restaurant in the evening to sit and eat dinner or have a glass of wine. In stead I had to walk the crazy road then try an cut through other hotels further down the road to get to the beach Couldn't use the Jacuzzi bath because the plug would not stay down. Not that it really mattered.

Exceptional beach spot, pool is below average, rooms are spacious but not quiet, one of the best dawn, sunrise and sunset you can experience in Thailand.

When we first arrived and saw that our room was right next to the restaurant, we were a little underwhelmed, however as it turned out, it was a great location. Only meters from the pool and beach which we swam in nearly every day morning and afternoon. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The resort is landscaped beautifully with fish ponds, lots of tropical palms/ferns/plants and has a very private feel to it. A great stay for couples. For us, the location was great as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of Chaweng, but close enough to walk. There are some shops nearby, such as 7/11, a mini mart and a chemist and also some restaurants that are only about 100- 150 meters away. Breakfast was included in our stay and was lovely. A tip for breakfast though, choose your table - the waitress will come to your table and give you a menu to tick what you would like cooked, e.g eggs quite a few ways/bacon/ham/soup etc. Whilst waiting for your order to be cooked, you can help yourself to the buffet, e.g, fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals, juices, coffee, toast and some hot dishes. In the wardrobe you will find gowns, slippers, thongs, umbrellas a torch and even a pool/beach bag to carry your towels and belongings to the beach.

The bed was a little too firm for our liking, however this didn't impact our stay too much at all. The lighting from outside at night kept our room too bright, so we purchased eye masks to help darken and help sleep.

Good beach/pool facing bungalow. Great facilities in the bungalow. Slightly annoying that the plunge pool would turn off but this was a minor thing.

The bar closed at 9pm which wasn't great. Found other nice friendly bars within a 5 min walking distance.

wry poor TV coverage. I think that for the money this resort should have an array of International satellite channels including movies and sport. This is the only knock on the Resort

The beach by the hotel was fantastic. The views were beautiful.

The hotel was renovating rooms and building was going on. So we constantly had hammering, drilling and noisy workmen below our room. The rooms were also a bit out dated.

The rooms were spacious and well designed. I liked the individual little pools.

There is almost no beach area so it was not possible to lie in the beach and there sometimes were not enough lounge chairs by the pool in the mornings. Comforters were too heavy for this muggy climate.

Good breakfast, good location 20 minutes walk to center. Good bed. Nice and friendly staff. Good pool. No beach to speak off. Two times a day shuttle to mall area.

No return shuttle service from center, but many local pick-up Taxi Service for 200 bath to fisherman's village and chaweng center.

the location of the property is perfect, less than 5 steps and your onto a private bit of beach with crystal clear water. Also there is a lovely infinity pool that over looks the ocean, so the views are perfect. The rooms are spacious and tidy and the hotel is located in a good place, only a 15-20 minute walk from all the nightlife, bars and restaurants. overall the staff were extremely polite and helpful and were happy to assist with any needs, even the security guard at the gate would take time to say hello when retuning back to the hotel for the evening.

unfortunately there were a lot of water issue during our stay so the private pool in our rooms couldn’t be used half of the time and the same thing happened for the communal infinity pool, which was a little disappointing as it would of been nice to have access to the water at all times. also there was a lot of maintenance work going on throughout the day which was very loud and distracting when trying to relax throughout the day. I personally feel the hotel should be closed for a few more months to get all of the renovations done and then re-open when complete so staff members are not drilling holes and ripping down walls and fences throughout the day and night when already paying guests are trying to enjoy their stay.
