Die Unterkunft das Frühstück das Pool und vorallem das extrem hilfsbereite Personal.

Das Meer ist nur sehr flach vorhanden aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Location close to town and airport.

Beach was not great for swimming.

Staff couldn’t do anymore and were great! Breakfast was a good mix of western, continental and local cuisine and had a good breakfast menu. Good facilities.

Property could do with some maintenance from replacement of the wood around the main pool and updating of room AC (had a few issues tripping after rain and smelling damp / musty after rain) there are lots of steps down to the main area (pool / Beach) with a toddler it was a lot! Restaurants were very expensive (compared with outside hotel) as such they lacked atmosphere for what could be a great location! Didn’t do the tree top dining as again price was Mayfair London Michelin level and where not that full.

The staff was really kind and helpful and they kept the room always clean also lots of options in breakfast,water was complimentary

The breakfast hall is located outside it is too hot to eat in April on this time of the day,also there were also many people at breakfast so it took the staff long time to bring the orders

I loved everything about this hotel. The place is beautiful, great private beach, very good service and wonderful staff.

ארוחת בוקר נהדרת ומגוונת. הכל טרי וטעים. צוות נהדר בחדר האוכל.

לקח קצת זמן לטוקטוקים להגיע על מנת להסיע אותנו.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The private Villa with the small pool lovely and the breakfast options was amazing.

Not the best beach in Samui, lots of rocks…
