Property needs improvement!!!

very spacious, GREAT LOCATION, property staff super nice and helpful. it was our first time visiting Ni and I couldn’t ask for a better location! I home is super clean and has everything you need

Our apartment was situated on a hill in old town nice. we didn’t know at the time of the booking that the apartment cannot be reach by car and to get there is uphill with a-lot of steps. That turned out to be a big challenge for us upon arrival as we had 4 pieces of large luggage. it would have been helpful if this information was included on the bookings ad for the apartment. furthermore the apartment looked nothing like any of the pictures on bookings. we arrived late at night, we had to go find the keys at a different location and then go look for the apartment (which was not well described and no clear markings to identify the place.) the hallway once inside the main gate was completely dark and struggled to our apartment in the dark. the pictures at the time of booking was completely misrepresentative of the apartment and was not what we expected at all. upon our arrival there we no instructions on the use of the wifi or tv or anything, we had to figure all out by ourselves. the staff was not very helpful, we asked for extra pillows and towels the day after we arrived and did not receive anything for the 6 days of our stay. they came around once on our second last day, but we were still sleeping, we asked them to come back in a couple of hours, they never did. so for our full stay we had 1 pair of towels and bedding. would never stay with this company again.

Location in Old Town Nice was awesome. Highly recommend staying in Old Town if you can.

Once we were given the keys finding the apartments was a bit tricky...could have used some extra help with directions.

old furniture and stained cups and dishes. The sink in the bathroom had poor drainage system. It’s not the flat which is shown in the photos, apparently they rent 50 flats randomly and the only option to choose was to go through their own website.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location in the Old Town. Everything we needed

Great location, very clean

The location is phenomenal! Right on Cours Seleya and moments from the beach. Within the old city with easy access to other areas such as the port, Garibaldi, Place Messena + train and tram stops. There is plenty of space in the apartment. A living area, small but well equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom across the terrace. The terrace has room for 2 chairs and a small table, and views across to the sea. a great place to sit and watch the comings and goings of Cours Seleya. Morning visits to the market provided our food when we needed some down time, but also plenty of little supermarkets scattered throughout the town. We stayed for 12 days and filled our time (and stomachs!) easily. Contact with property managers via email was excellent and between arrival and checkout we knew they were literally just around the corner if we needed them for anything.

With the location of this apartment, noise is pretty much a constant. we got used to it, but if you are a light sleeper it might be a bit much. Also, not a big deal for is, but there are lots of steps to reach the apartment! No steps, no view though!

Very nice style of the interior, great location and terrasse with sea view. Clean and well equipped kitchen etc.

We hadn’t expected the two separate entries from the terrasse to the bedroom and the living room with the kitchen, respectively. No problem at all for us, but maybe less nice on a rainy day. You must expect to hear city and restaurant life ‘noise’ in the evening :-)

Great location and very well managed apartment, super clean and very helpful and friendly service Ideal and good value for money for the 4 of us in 4 bedrooms but the lounge and balcony would be cramped if occupied by more people. Very good bathrooms, but be aware that only 2 bedrooms have natural light.

Unfortunately, because of the great location it could be slightly noisy on a eveving

There are enough space to live, very good location.

There is no wardrobe and not very big bad.
