Zu enge Zimmer mit extrem hässlichem Design (z.B. abgenutztes goldfarbenes Plastikleder Marke Puff). Überall unerträglicher Geruch von Duftspray (oder Putzmittel?)Das Personal tut nicht mehr als Dienst nach Vorschrift. Die Fotos auf Bookingcom entsprechen nicht der Realität.

Aileler için fiyat/performans oteli. Kahvaltısı çok geniş olup; otelin konumu ve bahçesi çok iyidi. Oda genişti.

Lokalizacja w spokojnym, lekko oddalonym od głównej promenady miejscu. Przytulny i bardzo urokliwy ogród. Bardzo blisko przystanku tramwajowego na lotnisko. Bardzo dobre urozmaicone śniadanie.

Gorgeous garden next to the hotel, very convenient location, excellent breakfast, freshly squeezed juice, friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows

Hotel is well located and although deep within a vibrant city, the gardens made it feel a little like it was outside the hustle and bustle - very pleasant outlook.

Having to leave earlier on the day of departure meant we would miss the sit down breakfast. We requested the day before that a takeaway was made up on departure - alas the morning reception team were not aware of this and although pre-paid, we had no food or drinks to take the airport - this was very disappointing!

Interesting building with strong air conditioning.

This was suppose to be the splurge hotel of our trip, cost wise it was - everything else fell horribly short. The faucet wasn’t attached to the sink, hair in the bathroom when we got there, broken waste paper basket, scratchy stiff towels and tiny flat pillows. Single everything soap in the shower instead of proper shampoo, conditioner, etc. No sound proofing, could hear every footstep above us and a lot of street noise. Not the 4-star experience advertised by any means. Of the 7 times we passed reception outside of check-in we were greeted once.
